A media outlet recently launched an online survey on "Mobile Phone Use Time and Health Risks" on social networks, attracting the attention of more than 400,000 netizens. The results showed that 74% of netizens said they "never put down their phones", and 65% of netizens would feel anxious when away from their phones. In other words, more than 70% of netizens have become patients with "mobile phone disease".

In addition to seriously encroaching on normal work and study time, "mobile phone disease" also poses health risks to users. Some doctors say that excessive use of mobile phones will not only cause direct damage to the eyes, cervical spine and thumb tendon sheath, but may also cause problems with sleep, endocrine and obesity, and in severe cases may even affect the spirit and emotions. In addition, adults' addiction to mobile phones will set a bad example for minors.
