The State Flood Control Headquarters' flood emergency response level has been raised to Level 2

At 16:00 on July 12, the water level at the Hukou station of Poyang Lake was close to the guaranteed water level of 22.50 meters. According to the relevant provisions of the "National Flood Control and Drought Relief Emergency Plan", after consultation and analysis, the State Flood Control Headquarters decided to upgrade the flood control level III emergency response to level II, and issued a notice to relevant areas, requiring close monitoring of changes in rainfall, water conditions and flood conditions, timely adjustment of emergency response levels, and strengthening the implementation of corresponding flood control, disaster relief and rescue measures to ensure the safety of people's lives and make every effort to reduce disaster losses. The State Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters and the Ministry of Emergency Management sent a working group and an expert group led by ministerial leaders to Jiangxi and other places to guide flood control and disaster relief work.

With the large-scale flood disasters in the Yangtze River Basin, funds have gradually paid attention to listed companies related to flood control and prevention, and Qinglong Pipe Industry is just one of them. Rough statistics show that there are 29 A-share listed companies related to flood control and prevention. Since July, the average increase in the share prices of these companies has been 16.17%, outperforming the Shanghai Composite Index by more than 2 percentage points during the same period. Xinjiang Tianye, Qinglong Pipe Industry, PowerChina, Qianjiang Water Conservancy, Gezhouba, Yilida and others have seen a cumulative increase of more than 20%, with Xinjiang Tianye ranking first with a cumulative increase of 48.87%.
