Reasons for freezing developer accounts and the process for applying for unblocking

In order to improve the experience of vivo users, protect the interests of developers and the healthy ecology of the open platform, we may freeze some developer accounts with serious problems. If your account is frozen and you want to apply for unblocking, please read the following carefully:

4.1 Requirements: Developers who are not permanently frozen can apply for unfreezing after the freezing period expires after they make rectifications according to the platform requirements and ensure that they will not violate the rules again. If they violate the rules again, they will be permanently frozen.

4.2 Application method: Apply via email, recipient: [email protected];

Email subject: [Account unblocking application] Company name

Email content (required): 1. Company account; 2. Registration email address;

Email attachments: 1. Company name - Account unblocking appeal commitment statement (click here to download the template); 2. Developer registration certificate (including business license and the front and back of the legal person's ID card . This ID card should be consistent with the legal person's identity information on the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System)

1. Screenshots of the management backend of the application on other mainstream platforms (more than three) for the reviewers to refer to

Special Notes:

1. Please be sure to name the subject, body and attachments of the application email according to the above specifications. If you do not send the email according to the specifications, vivo has the right to reject your application for unblocking.

2. The attachments must be printed, stamped with the company seal and photographed and uploaded. If the commitment statement is suspected of being false or the content is perfunctory, vivo has the right to refuse the unblocking application;

3. If the number of screenshots of the app listed is less than three and it is not a mainstream platform, vivo has the right to refuse the unblocking application

1. Review and processing time: within 3 working days from the day the platform receives the application.

5.1 vivo has the right to interpret these rules within the scope of the law;

5.2 The terms listed in this guide are only the known issues of the vivo open platform at present, including but not limited to other unknown issues, which will be updated at any time in the future;
