1. Hangzhou

According to the "Notice on Adjusting the Minimum Living Standard and Related Social Assistance Standards" (Hangzhou Civil Affairs [2021] No. 123) implemented in Hangzhou on January 28, 2022, it can be seen that the 2022 minimum living standard subsidy standard is: 1,102 yuan per person per month.

2. Kaifeng

According to the Notice of Kaifeng Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau and Kaifeng Municipal Finance Bureau on Raising the Minimum Living Standard, Financial Subsidy Level and Assistance and Support Standards for the Poor in 2022 (Bian Min Wen (2022) No. 25) issued on March 7, 2022, from January 1, 2022:

(1) The urban and rural minimum living standards were raised again, to no less than RMB 630 and RMB 420 per person per month respectively; the level of fiscal subsidies was increased accordingly, to no less than RMB 315 and RMB 210 per person per month respectively.

(2) The monthly basic living standard for the extremely poor in urban areas is RMB 819, and the monthly basic living standard for the extremely poor in rural areas is RMB 546. The care and nursing standards are divided into three levels: full care, half care and full self-care based on the self-care ability and service needs of the extremely poor, and are implemented at 1/3, 1/6 of the local minimum wage standard of the previous year and the local care and nursing subsidy standard for severely disabled people respectively.

3. Luoyang

According to the "Notice on Raising the Minimum Living Standards and Subsidy Levels for Urban and Rural Residents and the Support Standards for Special Hardship Persons in 2022" (Luo Min [2022] No. 2) issued by the Luoyang Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau and the Luoyang Municipal Finance Bureau on March 14, 2022, it will be implemented from January 1, 2022.

(1) The minimum living standard for urban residents is raised to RMB 640 per person per month, and the monthly per capita fiscal subsidy level in the city is no less than RMB 355. The minimum living standard for rural residents has been raised to 420 yuan per person per month, and the city's average monthly fiscal subsidy level will not be less than 210 yuan. The average monthly subsidy for category one is 400 yuan, for category two is 210 yuan, and for category three is 180 yuan.

(2) The basic living standard for the extremely poor in urban areas is RMB 832 per person per month; the basic living standard for the extremely poor in rural areas is RMB 546 per person per month. The care and nursing standards for the extremely poor will not be adjusted for the time being: Category A (extremely poor people who have completely lost the ability to take care of themselves) is 800 yuan per person per month; Category B (extremely poor people who have partially lost the ability to take care of themselves) is 320 yuan per person per month; Category C (extremely poor people who can take care of themselves) is 80 yuan per person per month.

4. Hefei

According to the document "Notice of the Hefei Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau and the Hefei Municipal Finance Bureau on Adjusting Some Social Assistance and Subsidy Standards" (Hefei Civil Affairs [2021] No. 118), it can be seen that the minimum living allowance standard for 2022 is: 806 yuan/month/person for urban and rural areas.

5. Sichuan

According to the notice on "The minimum limit of minimum living security for urban and rural residents and basic living standards for people in extreme poverty in the province in 2021", it can be seen that: the minimum limit of minimum living security for urban residents is 615 yuan/month, and the minimum limit of minimum living security for rural residents is 415 yuan/month; the minimum limit of basic living standards for people in extreme poverty in urban areas is 800 yuan/month, and the minimum limit of basic living standards for people in extreme poverty in rural areas is 540 yuan/month.

6. Yinchuan

According to the "Notice of the Yinchuan Municipal People's Government Office on Raising the Minimum Living Standards for Urban and Rural Residents in Yinchuan" (Yinzhengbanfa [2021] No. 83), it can be known that:

(1) Urban residents: The minimum living standard will be raised from RMB 620 to RMB 660 per person per month, and the average monthly subsidy will be increased by RMB 40.

(2) Rural residents: The minimum living standard will be raised from RMB 4,560 to RMB 4,660 per person per year, and the monthly per capita subsidy will increase by RMB 40 for Category A recipients, RMB 28 for Category B recipients, and RMB 20 for Category C recipients.
