Hisense Launches Global Brilliance Plan and Releases New Overseas ULED TVs

On June 7, the Asian CES exhibition, which fully showcases the value of the innovative industry in the Asian market, was held as scheduled in Shanghai. Hisense, which unveiled its 2017 new TV product lineup, officially released its N8700 series ULED overseas version during the exhibition. As the official designated TV for the 2018 World Cup, this series of products will be launched in 30 countries and regions around the world, including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, South Africa, and Japan.

Zhu Dan, deputy general manager of Hisense International Marketing Company, introduced that in recent years, Hisense's internationalization process has been accelerating. It has established 7 overseas R&D centers in the United States, Japan, Germany, Canada, Israel and other places, and has established overseas production bases in South Africa, Mexico and the Czech Republic. With the sponsorship of large-scale experience events such as the European Cup, F1, Australian Open and World Cup, Hisense's global brand awareness has increased rapidly. The new N8700 series ULED overseas version released by Hisense this time will become a representative product of Hisense's global brilliant plan.

Liu Hongxin, President of Hisense Group, once gave a clear description of the Brilliant Plan, which is that Hisense will enhance brand awareness through continuous sponsorship of major sporting events. At the same time, it will leverage its technological advantages, use international design concepts and globally connected R&D resources to continuously launch high-definition, high-value and high-experience TV products for the global market, and achieve a rapid increase in Hisense brand's global market share.

The design of the N8700 series ULED products adheres to the product concept of the Brilliant Plan. The whole machine adopts a three-sided frameless ultra-thin design, and the back shell adopts a European-style high-strength screwless design. The high-gloss brushed steel-plastic plate and the high-gloss injection-molded back shell are matched to show a black gemstone-like color effect; the swan neck single-leg bracket design lifts the entire screen off the ground, showing the beauty of suspension, while enhancing the bass effect of the sound.

The N8700 uses Hisense's self-developed ULED dynamic backlight control technology and integrates Ultra Colour high color gamut technology, making the color gamut reach 101% NTSC, showing richer colors while making the screen more realistic and close to nature. When watching sports events, this World Cup customized product shows absolute advantages, using Ultra Motion motion estimation and motion compensation technology to reduce tailing and jitter, making the motion picture clearer and smoother, and improving the viewing experience of sports events and sports movies.

In terms of smart experience, the N8700 series ULED products are equipped with Hisense's VIDAA U system, which is customized for overseas users. It has fast response speed, is easy to use, and can be customized. The system integrates resources from the world's top online video platforms such as Netflix, YouTube, and Amazon, and provides an excellent video experience. As of April this year, Hisense has 25.88 million activated smart TV users, of which 4.15 million are overseas smart TV users, and the penetration rate of smart users in the overseas color TV market is amazing.
