Judging from the poster, the overall design language of the new Xpeng car is similar to that of the Xpeng P7, and it may be named the Xpeng P5. It is worth noting that on New Year's Day 2021, Xpeng Motors announced a partnership with Livox Technology, which will produce customized automotive-grade LiDARs for Xpeng Motors. For this reason, industry analysts have predicted that Xpeng's latest official third car product will be equipped with LiDARs. It is understood that Xiaopeng already has two products, the Xiaopeng P7 priced from 229,900 yuan and the Xiaopeng G3 priced from 146,800 yuan. The reason why Xiaopeng Motors is actively exploring the third model in addition to these two models must be closely related to the increasingly fierce competition in the current new energy vehicle market.
