According to Apple's release notes, the update provides important security updates and is recommended for all users. Apple's security support document said that these updates fix a WebKit vulnerability that could allow maliciously crafted web content to execute code.

If you have already installed iOS and iPadOS 14.4, you might as well update to the latest operating system. At present, no functional updates for users have been found in the new version of the system.
