Tips for attractive job ads!

As we all know, a job advertisement consists of the title , introduction and body of the job advertisement. Without any one of them, it is not a complete job advertisement.

How should you write an attractive job advertisement? Let’s take a look at some tips on how to make your job ad attractive!

1. Title of the job advertisement

A good title should have four functions: attract attention, screen customers, convey information and attract reading .

However, all four features show a problem, which is to have a high degree of match with the candidates . For the candidates, the job advertisement looks "relevant to me".

People always pay attention to what they want to pay attention to. Anything that has no direct benefit or relationship to one's survival will be ignored.

The candidates all carry labels such as their personality, zodiac sign, constellation, and place of birth, which can define who they are, where they come from, and what their personality is.

When we place our job ads we include the tags that these users have. When the target audience sees it, it is more likely to attract attention.

Common tag attribute applications:

Groups: People born in the 80s and 90s, college students, people from a certain region, blue-collar workers, white-collar workers, people with cars, people with children, fans of a certain star, etc.

Age: 30, 20, 58, etc.

Scenes: going to work, going to school, working, entertainment, sports, resting, space scenes (indoor and outdoor, home, company).

(9) Can’t understand what they are saying? We will provide various trainings so that you know everything!

(10) The world is so big. Once you earn enough money at XX Company, you can spend as much money as you want!

2. The beginning of the recruitment advertisement

The beginning of a job advertisement mainly states the reason for the recruitment, leading to the main body of the job advertisement. There are three common ways to start:

(1) Introduction

Be direct and straightforward, and say it in a few words. Directly introduce the main topic of recruitment, be concise and clear, and focus on the release of recruitment information. This is more suitable for companies with higher reputation.

(2) Introduction

At the beginning, first give a brief introduction of the company so that applicants can have a general understanding of the recruiting company.

This way of opening is more suitable for companies that are not well-known or newly established. A proper self-introduction can give applicants a basis for making a choice.

(3) Argumentative

In the current common recruitment notices, the second type often becomes a company's product advertisement and business introduction, deviating from the theme of "recruitment";

The third way of opening is not common nowadays, and it should actually be strongly encouraged.

Expressing an employer's employment philosophy and talent requirements in literary language is far more attractive than dry and monotonous content; however, one should not talk too much and deviate from the actual situation of the company.

3. The body of the job advertisement

In this era of information overload on the Internet, HR personnel responsible for recruitment within companies must change their mindset: recruitment is actually a form of marketing.

Job hunting is a two-way choice. Since it is a two-way choice, you must learn to market yourself, prove that you are better than other companies, and prove that you are more worthy of selection than other companies.

Therefore, the body of the job advertisement is particularly important!

(1) Demonstrate the company’s highlights

The highlights of an enterprise have always been an important factor in attracting job seekers to apply.

If the company already has a certain degree of fame, you can just put the name and recruiting area in the recruitment information in the circle of friends.

Otherwise, you need to add a one-sentence introduction, such as [*** Province **** industry leading brand] or [N branches, registered capital ****], etc., to express the company's highlights concisely.

(2) The job title should be clearly stated

(3) Accurate job description

The job description for each position should be precise. What does this position involve on a daily basis? How to integrate into the team? Why does the job seeker want this job?

When describing each position, try to "sell" the position to applicants and attract job seekers with corresponding abilities to apply for this position.

(4) Specify good salary and benefits

In order to attract talent, salary and benefits are very important. Most job seekers would not apply for a position if they do not see salary information in the job ad.

Therefore, it is best for companies to indicate a rough range of salary packages for each position.

(5) Complete the company address

Job postings should include an accurate description of the company's location and transportation instructions for getting there. Remember that the Internet is global and anyone anywhere on Earth can see your job ad through the Internet.

(6) Make the content more interesting

In this rapidly changing Internet age, conventional recruitment information has limited effect, while interesting recruitment notices are often more likely to attract job seekers' attention.

Especially for companies that require strong creativity, such as advertising and design, if the recruitment advertisement reads interesting and fun, it is easier to capture the hearts of job seekers.

(7) Illustrations are essential

In order to cater to the reading habits of job seekers who browse their social circles nowadays, recruitment information must be accompanied by pictures to help increase the number of readers.

As for what kind of pictures can attract attention? The answer is: any picture will do.
