If an application is submitted from an industry that does not support certification and/or the qualifications you submitted are invalid, false, or the account information for the certification application does not meet the platform's relevant certification specifications, the certification will be considered as failed or not passed. 1. Industry Access

1. Medical and health industry (including but not limited to hospitals, OTC drugs, medical devices, health products, Chinese herbal medicines, etc.) is prohibited from entering.

2. Financial industry: Traditional finance (including but not limited to trusts, private equity, etc.) is prohibited from entering, and member companies of "one bank and three commissions" are allowed to enter; Internet finance (including but not limited to virtual currency, online loans, P2P, etc.) is prohibited from entering.

3. Tobacco industry (including but not limited to tobacco products, e-cigarettes, cigars, etc.) is prohibited from entering.

4. If the company name, business scope, or corporate account information involves the following, the enterprise certification will not be approved:

1) Military and political related: involving leaders, reactionaries, political systems, military related, etc.

2) Illegal and irregular items: firearms and ammunition, banned drugs (morphine, lycopene), controlled knives, nationally protected animals and plants and their related products, etc.

3) Dangerous items: fireworks, slingshots, crossbows, internet celebrity balloons, etc.

4) Medical and health: in vitro fertilization, clinical testing, blood tests, cosmetic surgery (semi-permanent, hair removal, tattoo, scar repair, burn repair), informal prescriptions (folk prescriptions, moxa prescriptions), weight loss/male enhancement/breast enhancement/height increase/hair transplantation/acne removal/freckle removal products, etc.

5) Gambling: betting, gambling on stones, cheating, etc.

6) Sexual products: reproductive health (drugs, capsules, agents, private tightening products), sexual products, pornographic websites/APPs, foreign marriage and love, etc.

7) Feudal superstition: Fengshui, palmistry, physiognomy, fortune-telling, involving superstitious elements or props, etc.

8) Franchise: agricultural technology franchise, medical franchise

9) Hand-made processing: bracelets, Buddhist beads, walnut carvings, beeswax, etc.

10) Cultural and artistic collections: antiques, coins, badges

11) High-risk security equipment: police equipment, military equipment

12) Equipment that infringes on others’ privacy: eavesdropping devices, hidden cameras, pinhole cameras, high-powered telescopes, etc.

13) Others: Wechat business, knockoff brands, purchasing agents, cave-stored aged wine, emotional counseling (PUA), animal slaughtering, massage SPA, etc.

5. When users apply for corporate accounts in the finance and law related categories, the business scope of the corporate business license must include financial and legal services, otherwise it will not be approved.

6. Douyin accounts that have posted illegal or illegal content, violated community rules, or have been blocked and frozen are not currently supported for application for enterprise certification.

7. Examples of some industries that require access qualifications (specific requirements are subject to the relevant requirements of Douyin Enterprise Certification Specifications):

1) Alcohol

① The manufacturer shall provide a "Liquor Production License" or a "National Industrial Product Production License" or a "Food Business License". ② An inspection certificate issued by a food quality inspection agency at or above the provincial level stipulated or recognized by the state, proving that the wine meets the quality standards. ③ The non-manufacturing party must provide distribution authorization or a consigned production contract or an agency authorization publicly displayed on the brand’s official website. ④ For imported alcoholic beverages, a Customs Declaration Form and Inspection and Quarantine Certificate must be provided. ⑤The bar shall provide a "Food Business License" and an "Entertainment Business License".

2) Food

① Food and beverage producers provide a Food Production License. ② Non-food and beverage producers and restaurants shall provide one of the following 15 categories: "Food Business License"; "Catering Service License"; "Food Stall Registration Certificate"; "Small Food Store Registration Certificate"; "Small Catering Business License"; "Food and Small Catering Registration Certificate"; "Small Catering and Grocery Store Food Business Registration Certificate", "Small Food Store Registration Certificate", "Small Food Workshop and Small Catering Registration Certificate", "Micro Catering Registration Publicity Card", "Food Production and Operation Registration Certificate", "Food Stall Information Publicity Card", "Registration Certificate", "Small Catering Information Publicity Card", and "Small Food Business Approval Certificate". ③In addition to providing the above qualifications, the business scope of a restaurant must be related to "catering business".

3) Cosmetics

① Ordinary cosmetics manufacturers shall provide the "Cosmetics Production Enterprise Hygiene License"; non-manufacturers shall provide distribution authorization and screenshots of the food and drug administration query for domestic non-special-purpose cosmetics. ② The manufacturer of special cosmetics shall provide the "Health License for Cosmetics Production Enterprise" and the "Administrative License for Domestic Special-Purpose Cosmetics"; non-manufacturers shall provide distribution authorization and the "Administrative License for Domestic Special-Purpose Cosmetics".

4) Online Novels

II. Qualification and License Requirements

1. Business license

Color scanned copy, with all fields and seals of the business license complete and clear. Only supports enterprises registered with the Administration for Industry and Commerce or the Administration for Market Regulation
2. Official letter of certification application

Color scanned copy, with complete content and official seal. Financial seal, contract seal, personnel seal, etc. are not supported.

3. Account Information

Enterprise nickname

1. Nicknames must not contain words prohibited by the Advertising Law, such as "most" or "first", as well as false, deceptive, or seductive words; must not contain content that is likely to cause confusion or misidentification among users; and must not disseminate information similar to commercial solicitation, excessive marketing information, or spam.

2. Nicknames must not imitate official ones or be suspected of being official ones, such as xx headlines, Douyin recommendations, Douyou, Volcano Selections, Doushang, and Bytedance, etc.

3. Nicknames must not contain words that are illegal, against regulations, against public order and good morals, infringing, exaggerated, or violate the rules of the Douyin platform.

4. Personalized nicknames may not be used to authenticate corporate accounts, such as Chairman of xx Company, CEO of xx Company, Editor of xx, etc. Nicknames that reference celebrity names but do not have the celebrity's authorization will not pass the review.

5. Nicknames with broad meanings will not be approved: 1) Nicknames with broad personification, such as "张三"; 2) Nicknames with broad scope, such as "学习英语"; 3) Nicknames with broad geographical meanings, such as "日本旅行"; 4) Nicknames with broad industry meanings, such as "美容妆".

6. Nicknames must not use common words alone. When the company name/brand name/product name/trademark name is a common noun, a suffix must be added, such as xxAPP, xx website, xx software, etc. Otherwise, it will not pass the review. If the trademark name is "Red Envelope" and the business scope is catering, it should be: "Red Envelope Catering".

7. The nickname should be based on the full name of the company or brand name or product, or be relevant to the supplementary information provided. For example, if the applied nickname is "ByteDance", the corresponding company name should be "ByteDance Company"; if the applied nickname is "TikTok", the corresponding product name should be "TikTok Short Video". Words with multiple meanings or easily confused must be given a suffix to clarify their meaning (company, account, assistant, etc.). Specific business departments or branches may not use abbreviations, such as "Xiaomei Company Beijing Branch" may not apply for "Xiaomei";

Examples of supplementary information:

a. Trademarks. For self-owned trademarks, you need to provide the "Trademark Registration Certificate". For non-self-owned trademarks, you need to provide the "Trademark Registration Certificate" + Trademark Authorization Letter

b. Application category: "Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate"

c. Website, ICP filing screenshots, etc. d. Brand authorization, "Brand Authorization Letter"

8. Nickname duplication is not allowed. Enterprise certification is based on the principle of first come, first served, but malicious registration is not supported. You need to provide all relevant qualifications that can support the content of your nickname. It is not recommended to register branch or product line accounts using the nickname of the head office, so as not to affect the subsequent registration of the head office.

9. The nickname should not exceed 20 characters. Special symbols include “.”, “·”, “-”, “()”, “—”, and “《》”. Basic Chinese and English symbols in trademarks and other qualifications are supported, but symbols that are not supported by qualifications are not supported.

10. Nicknames that are not in Chinese, do not involve military or political content in translation, do not have insulting meanings, etc., and comply with the basic standards for Chinese nicknames may be used.

Certification Information

1. No more than 16 characters;

2. If the enterprise applies for the company itself: the name of the enterprise entity must be consistent with the name on the business license. Such as: Guangzhou xxx Information Technology Co., Ltd., xx (Hangzhou) Network Co., Ltd.;

3. Enterprises apply for their own brands: full brand name + official account, such as: xxx official account;

4. Enterprises apply for brand agency on behalf of their company: full brand name + region + agent, such as: xxx Beijing agent.

Note: a. Trademarks, games, applications, websites, and endorsement information must provide corresponding qualifications or authorization;

b. If the corresponding brand authorization qualification cannot be provided, the certification information shall be the corporate entity name on the business license;.

c. Subsidiaries, licensees or agents cannot use the name of the parent company, licensor or brand owner alone.

Avatar and signature

1. The avatar should not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other brands or third parties. Blank avatars and avatars that violate platform regulations should not be used.

2. The signature should be relevant to the company, brand or product, and should not contain any contact information; it should not contain any false, deceptive or seductive words; it should not contain any content that may cause confusion or misunderstanding among users; it should not disseminate any commercial solicitation information or excessive marketing information, etc.

1. No content that violates laws, regulations or social order or good morals shall appear.
