How to use JD E-card?

1. Use

JD E-card can only be used to purchase products on JD.com. For the specific validity period, please log in to JD.com Mall, and go to the "My JD" page - JD Card/E Card - Bound JD E-card details >> to enter the page to view.

The amount used to purchase the product will be deducted from the JD E-card. A maximum of 49 JD E-cards can be used for each order. Due to different browsers, the maximum number of JD E-cards that can be used at one time is uncertain. The unused balance will remain in the JD E-card and can continue to be used within the validity period. If the consumption amount exceeds the amount of JD.com E-card, the customer needs to pay the shortfall by other payment methods. The “total amount payable (actual payment through JD APP)” does not include the payment using JD E-card.

II. Rules

1. You cannot use coupons or JD E-cards and credit cards when purchasing JD E-cards, and you cannot purchase them in the same order with other products.

2. For entities and individuals who purchase registered cards and unregistered cards with a one-time purchase amount of RMB 10,000 (inclusive) or more, the card purchaser and his/her agent shall present valid identification documents, and the name or entity name, valid identification document number and contact information of the card purchaser and his/her agent shall be retained.
(Personal valid identification documents include resident identification cards, household registers, military identification documents, armed police identification documents, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan resident passes, passports, etc. Valid identification documents for organizations include business licenses or other corporate identity certificates.)

3. There is no validity period for registered cards, while the validity period for unregistered cards shall not be less than 3 years or as agreed in the card purchase agreement. The validity period shall be calculated from the date of activation. Unregistered cards with a balance after the expiration date may provide an extension service. Any other agreement between the two parties shall be fulfilled on the basis of the other agreement. JD.com does not issue invoices for E-card payments. If the order is paid in full by JD.com E-card, you can contact JD.com customer service to request a zero-amount warranty invoice.

4. Jingdong E-cards will not be redeemed, and the shortfall in the purchase amount will be made up by other payment methods;

5. After the E-card is successfully bound, it cannot be unbound, rebound, or used across JD accounts.

6. About JD.com E-Card Invoice

(1) You can get an invoice when you purchase a JD E-card. The physical JD E-card invoice will be sent together with the product. The electronic JD E-card invoice will generally be issued and sent to you within 7 working days after the order is completed.

(2) JD E-card invoice type: JD E-card can issue ordinary machine-printed invoices, but value-added tax invoices cannot be issued at present.

3. Statement

JD E-card electronic card can be downloaded by logging in to (My JD-My Orders>>) using the mobile phone number reserved when placing an order. JD.com is not responsible for the loss or theft of JD.com E-Cards. Please keep your card number and password safe. JD E-Card will not be reported lost regardless of your name.

Please purchase from JD.com's official channels. If a dispute arises due to a customer using a JD.com E-card obtained through improper means on JD.com, JD.com has the right to require the customer to pay by other means.
