Function formula: =COUNTIF(range, criteria)

Function explanation: Area refers to the entire data group you want to count; Condition refers to a certain character you want to calculate.

4. VLOOKUP

Function: Used to search for keywords in a certain area and return the corresponding value of the specified column.

Purpose: To connect to keyword reports and count the number of keyword conversations.

Function formula: =VLOOKUP (lookup value, data table, column number, [matching condition])

Function explanation: Similar to =VLOOKUP (what to find, where to find, which column, precise search or approximate search)

Generally speaking, we perform an exact search, so the last parameter [matching condition] is often "0". When [matching condition] is 1, it is a fuzzy search.

5. IFERRO

Function: Used to calculate the conversation cost and avoid outputting wrong items.

Function formula: =IFERRO(value, error value)

Function explanation: The value refers to our formula for calculating the cost of the conversation.

Normally, we calculate the conversation cost, but if we don't use this formula, errors will occur when the conversation is 0. For example, the picture below.

Logically speaking, when our conversation is 0, our conversation cost should be a negative number, so at this time we need to use our IFERRO formula to calculate, and add a negative sign to the error value based on the original formula.
