2. Topic Guidance

There are three important roles in the community to support the internal operation of the community, namely: topic initiator, topic host, and topic participant.

The initiator needs to have his own ideas and propose discussion topics for members to discuss in the community. The topic host is mainly responsible for livening up the atmosphere, coordinating interactions within the group, and resolving awkward situations in a timely manner.

Participants in the community need to assist them in completing certain tasks together, and respond promptly in the group to enliven the group atmosphere, drive community discussions, and allow everyone to subconsciously think about the topic at a deeper level.

3. Content Cultivation

In addition to ensuring that there are frequent topics within the group for everyone to interact, communicate and discuss, you also need to create a course system based on the positioning of your community and cultivate content.

Content cultivation is essential for a good community operation , because it can make your community members more dependent on you and the community, and can also maintain the long-term activity of the community.

If the learning group you are targeting is a group for learning useful information, members join the group originally to learn useful information, but find that they don’t see any useful information, and the few chats they have sporadically are also meaningless. How can such a group be active?
