The new Kia K5 has a younger look: the name "Diaosi Sanbao" is not in vain

From the new Kia K5 that was recently unveiled in South Korea, the new car has a younger and more sporty appearance, and it is still one of the three treasures of losers like me.

The new Kia K5 has changed the previous dot-matrix grille design and replaced it with a concave vertical grille style with dense spokes. The sharp headlights and front grille are integrated into one, giving the front of the car a sense of horizontal stretch. The lower bumper is more aggressive, the size of the "big mouth" is further increased, and the "L"-shaped air intakes on both sides of the fog lights are designed for young people.

The waistline on the side runs from the front headlight group to the taillight group, which is not only dynamic but also adds a sense of power. The tail shape is almost unchanged, only the internal structure is adjusted, or the LED headlight group is adopted. In addition, the reflective strip on the rear bumper has also been moved up, and there is no decoration on the exhaust pipe, which is honestly single-sided.

Since it is a facelift model, don't expect the interior design to bring you much surprise. The three-spoke multi-function steering wheel, large-size LCD screen and the layout of the central control physical buttons are all newly adjusted. It is still the simple and elegant K5 with a full sense of hierarchy.

The new Kia K5 will be available in two different engines, 1.6T and 2.0L, with maximum power of 180 horsepower and 161 horsepower respectively. A 1.7T diesel engine will also be available in South Korea, but according to current domestic policies, it will not be introduced for domestic sales.
