Yesterday, Suning stores in 34 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Nanjing officially launched a free film pasting activity. Although it was a working day on Monday, there was still a long queue of consumers waiting in front of the Suning Lenovo Bridge Expo Superstore and other stores to apply film. The staff of the film pasting at the Suning store revealed that the mobile phone film used for the free film pasting was provided by the supplier that has been cooperating with the store, and the supplier has been contacted in advance to prepare the stock. At the same time, the store also prepared universal films for common models in the department, which can be directly pasted without cutting. Shi Xiaowen, the manager of Suning Lenovo Bridge Expo Superstore, introduced: "In order to implement the free film pasting plan, several full-time employees with skilled film pasting skills have been recruited, but this time, considering the large flow of people and the large number of mobile phone models, these employees were professionally trained separately." Li Bin, vice president of Suning, revealed that Suning will recruit 1,000 film pasters nationwide, with priority given to those with superb skills and people with disabilities. In response to the accusation of crushing the film market, he said, "There are still many places in the country that Suning has not covered, and the daily film application capacity is also limited. If the majority of film application practitioners can lower prices and improve service quality, there is still a lot of room for improvement." It is understood that the "free mobile phone film application" activity will be implemented as a regular service project in Suning's offline stores for a long time. Free film application for tablets and laptops is also planned in the future. Li Bin expressed the hope that this measure will fully activate the service advantages of offline stores and form a differentiated competitive barrier that pure e-commerce cannot achieve.
