China Mobile today comprehensively proposed six service commitments, including that users can upgrade to 4G without changing numbers, without registration, and quickly changing cards, reducing the consumption threshold of 4G Feixiang packages to 58 yuan, and fully refunding the information or function fees deducted due to malicious software. 4G network roaming will be opened in about 50 countries. It is understood that China Mobile monitors and collects various service information about China Mobile on more than 12,000 websites through the company's Internet centralized service base, and combines 23 million customer needs, opinions and suggestions collected through hotlines, business halls, electronic channels, customer reception days and other channels. The in-depth mining of these massive customer service "big data" information ultimately focuses on the most concerned, most direct and most realistic issues of customers at this stage, and puts forward six targeted service measures. Huang Wenlin, vice president of China Mobile, said at a media communication meeting that the company will continue to strengthen the construction of 4G networks, build more than 500,000 base stations within the year, and achieve continuous coverage of the main urban areas, general urban areas and county towns in most major cities across the country; based on the 4G roaming services in the United States, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Brazil, Hong Kong and Taiwan, 4G roaming will be opened in about 50 countries and regions where customers visit. At the same time, China Mobile implements the "two nos and one fast" service of "no number change, no registration, and fast card change" for 4G. Customers can easily change cards through business halls, hotlines, portals and other channels. In addition, China Mobile will implement affordable and simple traffic charges, including lowering the threshold of 4G charges, reducing the threshold of 4G Feixiang package and traffic superposition package to 58 yuan and 30 yuan respectively; launching large traffic packages such as 70 yuan for 2G; providing traffic quarterly packages and half-year packages to solve the problem of uneven monthly traffic consumption of customers; providing real-time traffic reminders and package recommendation services to customers through SMS, Internet and other means, and helping customers analyze traffic costs and choose suitable packages through bills. The "3/6/9 yuan" data charges for international and Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan roaming have been further expanded to cover 80 countries and regions. All charges for malicious software will be refunded China Mobile also stated that it will continue to implement transparent consumption measures for value-added services such as "0000 unified query and cancellation", "active reminder of service charge", and "secondary confirmation" to further protect customers' right to know and choose. It will continue to carry out daily monitoring of malicious charge software, and immediately block and shut down any malicious charge software found, and issue public warnings; it will accept customers' reports on malicious charge through multiple channels, verify and respond 100%, and refund all information or function fees deducted due to malicious software, and severely punish and publicize illegal partners. In addition, China Mobile will vigorously control spam information, implement centralized monitoring and control of point-to-point and group industry port spam information across the entire network, and launch "0000" query cancellation and "00000" blocking services for group industry port information to customers; it will implement strict centralized control of the company's own business port information group, eliminate illegal sending, and promote governance to a new level. Carry out special actions to deal with "fake base stations", improve the monitoring and identification methods of "fake base stations", and cooperate with relevant departments to crack down on them thoroughly. Strictly investigate and crack down on obscene and pornographic websites on mobile phones. At present, China Mobile has deployed more than 130 people across the country and invested more than 2,700 man-days to conduct comprehensive inspections and supervision on the treatment of spam text messages in various provinces and units in terms of spam text message treatment. Faced with nearly 34 billion customer contacts and more than 4 billion incoming calls per month, the 10086 hotline guarantees nearly 100,000 seats and 120,000 front-line customer service representatives to provide services to customers. At the same time, China Mobile has also established a responsibility system for the implementation of service commitments, and checks the implementation of commitments through inspections, special inspections, open and secret visits and other methods. Further promote star-level services for users China Mobile also stated that it will strictly implement the national regulations on the registration of real identity information of telephone users, and the real-name registration rate of new customers in its own channels and social cooperation channels will reach 100%; vigorously carry out the real-name registration of existing customers, and customers can supplement their information through convenient channels such as electronic channels and business halls. In addition, while ensuring high-quality basic services, China Mobile has further launched customer star-level services, providing differentiated services according to customer star levels, and directly linking customer monthly points accumulation to star levels, increasing points feedback. Customers can use points to recharge phone bills, pay for packages and services, as well as consume at cooperating merchants and redeem goods.
