How to activate the full screen input function? There are two ways. The first is when the input text in the input box reaches three lines, a "^" button will automatically appear on the left side of the input box. Click it to enter the full screen input. The second is to long press the input box, and then select "Full Screen Input" in the menu option that appears.

No need to delete and repost in Moments to change the visible range (iOS)

You should know that in the old version, once a Moments update is published, the visible range set at the time of publishing cannot be modified, so if the user forgets to set the visible range or wants to modify the visible range, they have to delete and republish. However, in the new version of WeChat, the visible range of Moments updates that have been published can be directly modified.

Specific operation: Go to the Moments status that has been posted → three dots in the upper right corner → modify the visible range.

Finally, the QR code business card can be changed (iOS)

Official Account Authorization Management (Android & iOS)

I wonder how many public accounts you follow? Anyway, I follow a lot of public accounts. Many public accounts require user authorization. Over time, you don’t even know which public accounts you have authorized. In the new version of WeChat, users can manage the personal information and permissions of public accounts.

This function is located at: WeChat → Address Book → Official Account → Three dots in the upper right corner → Personal Information and Permission Management.

After entering this function, you can see all the public accounts authorized by this number, and you can know at a glance the permissions obtained by each public account. If you want to close the permissions, enter the corresponding public account in the list to manage the permissions.

Sharing articles is more convenient with automatic long screenshots (iOS)

In the new version of WeChat, when users browse public account articles or third-party website articles in WeChat and detect the user's screenshot operation, a long screenshot button "Save the entire page as a picture" will appear in the lower right corner. Click the button to get a long screenshot of the entire article, and the user can also crop the screenshot. This makes it more convenient to share or save articles.

Keep swiping the video account to automatically swipe up (iOS)

Netizens who like to watch video accounts have also obtained two practical functions this time. One is that the video account currently being watched can be included in the floating window, and the other is the lazy function of automatically swiping up to automatically switch to the next video.

Status icons with descriptions at a glance (Android & iOS)

Have you seen your friend's status? But the status icons are too small and it's hard to remember which icon represents which status. The new version of WeChat has improved this problem by adding description text next to the status icon. This way, people can know at a glance without having to guess.

In the new version of WeChat, when users are on a video call, they can switch the video window to a floating window, so that they can use other apps on their phone while video chatting with others. Chat history migration and backup (PC version)

WeChat PC version has also been updated. This update supports the chat history migration function, which can be used to copy a copy of the chat history in the computer to the mobile phone and merge it with the original chat history on the mobile phone.
