Have you ever seen a mosquito that is entirely golden?
According to reports, on August 29, Dalian Customs in Liaoning Province captured four yellow mosquitoes during a baseline survey of disease vectors at the port. This is the first time that such a species has been captured in Liaoning Province.
According to the Fauna Sinica, the yellow mosquito is distributed in provinces such as Henan, Shandong, and Zhejiang in my country, and is a medium-sized yellow mosquito.

The yellow tussock scutes, wing scales, and abdomen of the yellow katydid are yellow or golden yellow, and each femur has a brown ring at the end. It can be found in grass and reed beds near its breeding grounds.
Many netizens commented that this golden mosquito looked like a nobleman.
Another point worth mentioning is that many friends have noticed that there seem to be fewer mosquitoes this year, which is actually because the weather has been too hot this year.
It is understood that the Aedes albopictus mosquito, which is widely distributed in my country, generally has a blood-sucking temperature between 15℃ and 40℃, and will not suck blood if the temperature is lower or higher than this.
The optimal temperature for blood-feeding is 25℃-30℃. Above 35℃-37℃, it is inhibited, and the frequency of blood-feeding decreases sharply or basically stops.
When the temperature drops below 10℃, mosquitoes will enter a state of diapause and hibernation.
