CPD Cooperation Process

The current CPD cooperation modes of vivo App Store include agency cooperation model and independent delivery model .

If you choose the self-delivery model, the cooperation process is as follows:

1. Confirm cooperation

1.1. Log in to the open platform: https://dev.vivo.com.cn/ to register an account. After successful registration, click Management Center - Application Promotion to enter the promotion platform.

1.2. If the application is rejected due to qualification or other issues, please contact the business department and continue to provide valid qualifications for review until it is passed.

2. Electronic contract confirmation

2.1. Please read the "Application Software CPD Business Promotion Cooperation Agreement" carefully. You must read and agree to the agreement before you can carry out CPD promotion.

3. Recharge

After the contract is signed, you can make a recharge (starting from 10,000 yuan).

Contact Qinggua Media to recharge.

3.1. Start promotion after successful recharge

Our company's financial inquiry will confirm the recharge after the receipt. After successful confirmation, the "Account Balance" will show the recharged amount, and you can start creating a promotion plan.

3.2. Modification of financial information

3.2.1. If your account is a direct customer account, please apply for modification according to the following instructions.

(1) Move the mouse to the upper right corner of the interface, wait for the drop-down button to appear, and click "Qualification Management". As shown in the figure below

(2) As shown in the figure below, click "Financial Management", "Financial Recharge", and then click the "Edit" button below the financial information. You can skip to step 3 below.

(3) As shown in the figure below, please fill in your company's financial information correctly, upload the relevant qualification documents in the figure, and click the "Submit" button. Our review staff will process the application within one working day after receiving the application information.

3.2.2. If your account is an agent account, please refer to the above items (2) and (3) to modify the financial information.

3.3. Apply for invoice

3.3.1. Go to https://dev.vivo.com.cn/ and click on the CPD promotion homepage - Financial Management - Apply for Invoice. (Only direct customer accounts have a financial management entry. Advertisers can contact the corresponding agent to apply for invoices.)

3.3.2. The invoice header shall be consistent with the submitted financial information by default.

3.3.3. The invoice amount that can be applied for each time must be an integer, and the input amount must be ≤ the total amount of uninvoiced items.

3.3.4. The invoice type can be either a special VAT invoice or a general VAT invoice. If you choose a special VAT invoice, you must provide a "general taxpayer certificate".

3.3.5. Invoice applications will be processed on the 20th of each month and invoices will be sent in the order of application.

4. Create promotion plans and advertising ideas

The account structure of the new promotion platform has been updated to: Account - Multiple Promotion Plans - Multiple Advertising Creatives. Therefore, advertisers can create multiple promotion plans according to their promotion needs, and multiple promotion creatives under each promotion plan. The specific process of creating a promotion plan-advertising creative is as follows:

4.1. Enter "Advertising Management", click "New Promotion Plan" to create a promotion plan.

4.2. Fill in the name of the promotion plan, set the promotion limit, and the promotion launch date, and click "Submit". The promotion plan is successfully created.

Promotion plan name: The name of the promotion plan is only used to identify the promotion plan and facilitate delivery management. It will not be displayed to users.

Promotion limit (RMB/day): The daily spending limit for a single promotion plan must not be less than RMB 200.

Promotion launch date: used to set the start date and end date of the promotion plan.

4.3. Click on the created promotion plan (blue font) to enter the promotion plan page, click "New Advertising Creative", select the advertising type, media type, advertising specifications, and promotion target, fill in the advertising creative name, advertising creative, and bid, and click "Submit". The new promotion creative is successfully created, and the promotion will take effect after passing the review.

4.4 vivo currently supports two advertising formats

1) Recommended List

The promotion page includes more than ten resource locations, including: home page recommendation list, application boutique, application classification, browser search, search result list, associative word search, pre-download recommendation, post-download recommendation, update page recommendation, etc.

Ad creative name: The name of the ad creative is only used to identify the ad creative and facilitate delivery management. It will not be displayed to users.

Ad type: App distribution ad.

Media Type: App Store

Advertisement specifications: Select "Recommended list" or "Search suggestion"

Promotion target: Select the APP to be promoted.

Advertising creativity: The recommendation for promoting the application must be objective and true

Bid: The cost of each download, with one decimal point supported, and the bid should not be less than RMB 1.5 (if the game is put on the market, the bid should not be less than RMB 3.0)

Other pages: You can choose whether to put points download, installation essential, and upgrade essential on your own. The promotion price is the homepage bid * corresponding discount. The discounts for downloading 20 points and 50 points are different.

2) Search prompt

Similar to the "recommended list" ad specifications, the "search suggestion" adds a step in which customers are required to click the "select recommended word package" button to select the words they want to suggest. (Note that you can give your own prompts!)

The prerequisite for "search suggestion" to be effective is that there must be an effective "recommended list" promotion creative, and the bid of "search suggestion" is greater than the bid of "recommended list".

4.5. When creating a new promotion plan-ad creative, the APP must be in the latest version to be successfully created. If it is not the latest version, the system will prompt you to upload the latest version of the application.

5. Data Report

5.1. Bidding can start normally after CPD permission is activated. After the bidding is completed, you can observe the APP data through the data report.

5.2. In “Promotion Management – ​​Data Report”, you can view the balance of the entire account, each promotion plan – advertising creative consumption, promotion exposure, promotion downloads, average cost and other promotion information.

5.3. By filtering the date and promotion plan, you can view more detailed data for each promotion plan.

5.4. Since the new promotion system is a three-level promotion structure of account-promotion plan-advertising creativity, the promotion data before November 19, 2016 needs to be queried by clicking the "Data Report" interface-"Old Data Query Portal" to query the promotion data.

6. Set reminders

6.1. Click “Promotion – Reminder Settings” to select reminders for successful top-up, balance and reaching the promotion date, and you can also set the reminder limit for the account balance.

6.2. The mobile phone number for receiving reminders can be changed on the reminder settings page. When changing the mobile phone number, you need to enter a verification code. Please make sure that the mobile phone number you enter is available.
