For our site cluster project, you only need to spare 1-2 days a month to prepare a batch of websites, then publish one every few days and perform some operations that do not take up much time.

Generally speaking, the working time in a month is basically 2 days. But the rest of the time is not essential working time. You need time to observe and record the status and ranking of the website. How much time you spend observing and recording depends on yourself and the number of websites.

You can't do this project full-time because it requires so little time, and all that's left is waiting and observing.

This project is no longer a project for me. It has become a habit. I spend a few days every month or two to create a batch of websites, and then publish them on a regular schedule. When I have nothing to do and others open TikTok, I open my little notebook and Baidu to take a quick look at the records and rankings.

There is an information gap in the project, so I will try my best to talk about what I can.

1. Hardware configuration difficulty: only one computer is needed

2. Difficulty of project learning: I personally think it is extremely easy to learn, but you need to pay attention to many details.

3. Basic level required: This is an SEO project, but it does not rely too much on SEO technology. You can learn it even if you don’t have SEO basics. However, there may be some professional terms that you need to search on Baidu before you can understand them.

4. How much money to invest: In addition to tuition fees, please prepare an extra 1,000 yuan. Because 1,000 yuan can be used to build 10-12 websites, and as long as one of the websites is built and rented out for one month, you can get your money back. If it survives for a year, you can earn 110,000 yuan. The survival time is usually 6-10 months.

5. Project growth cycle: The fastest I have ever achieved was ranking on the 13th day after building the website, and renting it out on the 16th day after building the website. Normally, it takes an estimated 2 months to see profits, and the fastest is 1 month.

6. Project working hours: This is a project that cannot be done as a full-time job. It takes 1-2 days a month, and one hour a day is enough for you. The time is very flexible. In other words, the hourly wage is relatively high, which is also the biggest advantage of this project.

7. Degree of sustained growth: This project has a high growth rate in the early stage, but very weak growth in the later stage. A project is just a project and cannot be a career. The more you do a career, the easier it is, but the more you do a project, the more tiring it is.

8. Nature of project risk control: The project is legal and does not violate regulations. But it may be a bit on the edge and the risk can be completely avoided.

9. Project income level: I can only make a little over 20,000 yuan a month, even though I don’t work very hard. However, for this project, the ceiling of personal ability is only 40,000 to 50,000, and it is estimated that 600 to 700 websites will need to be built.

Overall review:

Because the two projects I worked on before were the kind that required a lot of thinking and had a relatively long cycle. It so happens that the cycle of the site group is relatively short and the income is decent, which is just right for balancing and transitioning our members in the early stage. From a project perspective alone, this is indeed a very, very good project. It takes little time and requires little investment, and you can make money quickly. Moreover, the industry should not decline in the next two to three years. But a project is just a project after all. When you don't do this project, or the project cannot be done, you may have to leave without any accumulation except the money you earned, and have to start from scratch to find another project.
