According to the relevant regulations of the joint prevention and control mechanism of the State Council, combined with the current epidemic prevention and control situation in Jilin City, after comprehensive assessment by the expert group, from 22:00 on March 13, 2022, the fourth group of Sudenghe Village, Huapichang Town, Changyi District, Jilin City, the twelfth group of Piaoyang Village, Huapichang Town, Changyi District, the twelfth group of Yongsheng Village, Huapichang Town, Changyi District, the second group of Liangjiazi Village, Liangjiazi Manchu Township, Changyi District, Unit 3, Building 16, Shenhua Wanli City, Hada Bay Economic Development Zone, Changyi District, Unit 2, Building 15, HSBC Home Community, Hada Bay Street, Changyi District, Unit 1, Building 1, Taohuayuan Community, Zhanqian Street, Changyi District, Unit 3, Building 15, Yunheli Community, Minzhu Street, Changyi District, Building D38, Loire Town, Lianhua Street, Changyi District, and Unit 3, Building 15, Chaoyang Hongxiangyuan, Lianhua Street, Changyi District are designated as medium-risk areas. The risk levels of other areas remain unchanged.

Previously, Jilin City had designated one high-risk area and 15 medium-risk areas.

Health Times found based on Baidu migration big data that people leaving Jilin City mainly moved within Jilin Province, followed by Heilongjiang Province, Liaoning Province, Hebei Province, etc. Specifically, the destination cities are mainly Tonghua City, Baicheng City, Baishan City, Changchun City, Liaoyuan City, Siping City, Yanbian Prefecture in Jilin Province, Harbin City in Heilongjiang Province, Shenyang City in Liaoning Province, Beijing City, Dalian City in Liaoning Province, Shanghai City, etc.

Within 4 days of the reported case, the main destinations of migration were Changchun, Beijing, Harbin, and Shenyang. According to the Jilin City press conference, there are two transmission chains in this round of epidemic in Jilin Province. One is from Hunchun City, which was discovered during the landing inspection of high-speed rail passengers on February 28; the other is from Jilin City, which was discovered among the active medical personnel on March 2.

Judging from the migration trend and scale of Jilin City, the number of people migrating out has shown a downward trend since March 3.

Taking February 28 as an example, Changchun accounted for 50.89%, followed by Yanbian Prefecture, Tonghua City, Harbin City, Shenyang City, etc.
