However, sometimes anxiety can envelop us like a dark night, making us restless, distracted, and even affecting our sleep.

The anxiety at this time needs to be dealt with. So, facing such anxiety, what should candidates do?

In order to better help the majority of candidates understand the precautions for the exam, we have compiled the candidates' common questions and related suggestions for reference by the candidates and parents.

1. How should candidates plan their travel to the exam?

Before the test, candidates are requested to carefully read and check the test time, test center information, and instructions for candidates. In particular, they should remember the test time, test center location, and test room number. At the same time, they should arrange transportation and plan their itinerary reasonably based on the test center location, weather, and traffic conditions.

On the day of the test, you must arrive at the test center in advance as required, leaving enough time for identity verification and security checks. In case of emergency traffic conditions, you can seek help from the nearest traffic police.

2. What should candidates pay attention to when it comes to their clothing?

Candidates' clothing must comply with the relevant requirements of the local examination institution. It is recommended not to wear bracelets, necklaces, hairpins and other accessories containing metal components. At the same time, you should pay attention to adding or removing clothes according to local weather conditions.

3. What suggestions do you have for candidates to protect their personal health?

Under the "Class B and Class B" measures for COVID-19 infection, candidates are advised to continue to take personal protection measures and be the first person responsible for their own health. Before the exam, try to reduce gatherings and movement, and avoid crowded places. At the same time, adjust your mental state, ensure a reasonable diet, adequate sleep, and do a good job of self-health monitoring. If you feel unwell, you should seek medical treatment in time to prevent the exam from being affected by physical discomfort. For candidates with fever or sudden acute illness, there is no need to worry and panic, as test centers in various places have formulated corresponding plans.
