The incubation period of diarrheal Bacillus cereus poisoning is 2 to 36 hours, and the main symptoms are abdominal pain and diarrhea. How to avoid "fried rice syndrome"? Avoid long-term storage. Especially rice products and other foods that are easy to breed bacteria, it is best to cook and eat them immediately. Store properly. You can put the food into a food storage bag or fresh-keeping box, and then put it in the refrigerator to refrigerate and store it for a short period of time.
