Recently, domestic media reported that FAW Toyota Fengshi may be officially launched in March 2017. The new car can be seen as the hatchback version of Vios, and will be equipped with two naturally aspirated engines, 1.3L and 1.5L. FAW Toyota Fengshi was officially unveiled at the just-opened 2016 Guangzhou Auto Show. In terms of appearance, it is easy to see that the new car is based on the GAC Toyota YARiS L Zhixuan. The difference is that the new car adopts a "Vios face", while the side and rear parts of the body basically retain the shape of the YARiS L Zhixuan model, and only the internal structure of the taillight group has changed. In terms of power, the new car will continue to use the power system of the current Vios, including two 1.3L and 1.5L four-cylinder naturally aspirated engines, with maximum power of 99 horsepower and 107 horsepower respectively, and peak torque of 123 Nm and 140 Nm respectively. In terms of transmission, these two engines are matched with a 5-speed manual or CVT continuously variable transmission (simulating 8 gears).
