Autonomous driving is an important part of the upgrade of the automotive industry. Traditional car companies, parts suppliers, new car manufacturers and Internet companies all want to get a piece of the pie. However, it seems that Internet giants have temporarily taken the lead in the domestic autonomous driving track. Intelligent network technology has made cars no longer just a means of transportation, but gradually become a new mobile smart terminal. The Internet also hopes to build a new business ecosystem around the automotive industry with autonomous driving as the core. BAT has now all obtained autonomous driving road test licenses. Baidu's driverless project was launched in 2014. In 2015, it became the autonomous driving division, and in 2017 it was upgraded to the intelligent driving vision group. In April 2017, Baidu launched the Apollo plan. Currently, Baidu's Apollo platform has evolved to version 3.0. Baidu's Apollo project has cooperated with more than 120 companies to build the world's largest autonomous driving ecosystem. Alibaba entered the field of autonomous driving relatively late, but its development has been very rapid. In 2015, Alibaba began to cooperate with SAIC to develop the Banma in-vehicle operating system, and launched the AliOS operating system in 2017. In April this year, Alibaba announced its official entry into autonomous driving. In September this year, Alibaba took the lead in proposing a technical solution for vehicle-road collaboration. Alibaba has made a lot of preparations in the industrial support of autonomous driving, such as intelligent driving systems, high-precision maps, precise location services, autonomous driving scene segmentation, etc. Autonomous driving is a systematic project, and Alibaba's huge industrial ecosystem can provide good support for autonomous driving. In contrast, Tencent's performance in the field of autonomous driving is somewhat lackluster. Tencent established an autonomous driving laboratory in 2016 and announced the establishment of an open vehicle networking platform in the field of Internet of Vehicles. In 2017, Tencent released the "AI in Car" ecosystem. However, Tencent does not have any real products in the field of autonomous driving. Compared with BAT, domestic traditional car companies are much slower in the field of autonomous driving. The current changes in the field of new energy vehicles have made many traditional car companies overwhelmed. The disadvantages in size and profit margins make it difficult for traditional car companies to invest too much money in the research and development of autonomous driving. As a winner of Toutiao's Qingyun Plan and Baijiahao's Bai+ Plan, the 2019 Baidu Digital Author of the Year, the Baijiahao's Most Popular Author in the Technology Field, the 2019 Sogou Technology and Culture Author, and the 2021 Baijiahao Quarterly Influential Creator, he has won many awards, including the 2013 Sohu Best Industry Media Person, the 2015 China New Media Entrepreneurship Competition Beijing Third Place, the 2015 Guangmang Experience Award, the 2015 China New Media Entrepreneurship Competition Finals Third Place, and the 2018 Baidu Dynamic Annual Powerful Celebrity. |
