On June 22, Nezha Auto held a "Creation" media communication meeting at its Beijing Design Center. After the meeting, Nezha Auto co-founder and CEO Zhang Yong published an open letter to Nezha Auto owners and users who call themselves "Nartie":

To all you guys:

I am Zhang Yong from Nezha Auto. Today, I am writing this letter to express my sincere gratitude to everyone. It is your continued companionship that has made Nezha Auto possible in its current development and growth.

Today is June 22, 2021. We have decided to establish this day of each year as Nezha Auto User Day to express our gratitude and respect to all Nezha members. Today is the first user day of Nezha Auto. We have released the first three models defined by users and launched the first user fund worth 100 million yuan. This is a gift from Nezha Auto to everyone, and it is also the result of your wisdom sharing and inspiration creation. I would like to express my deep gratitude to everyone who participated in it. I hope that in the future we can create more wonderful things together and share the joy of growing together.

At the end of 2018, along with the launch of our first car, we launched the Nezha Auto User Community. It has only been about 900 days since then! In these short 900 days, we have 40,000 car owners and more than 1 million users on various official platforms. Having these "Nezha Iron" users is the greatest value for us.

"We" is not only a car, but also a smart interconnected terminal. We understand the preferences and needs of users through operational data, and we would like to share with you: Since the delivery of Nezha V, users have participated in OTA upgrades 26,545 times; each user uses the smart cockpit screen 5.88 times a day on average; each user has voice interactions with the XiaoYou smart robot 10.8 times a day on average...

Data is objective, and users are emotional, but the ones who know users best are the users themselves. On May 11, 360 Group made a strategic investment in Nezha Auto to build cars for the people. To this end, we have established a large community where users can deeply participate - Nezha Universe. Here, Nezha members can fully participate in the entire process of defining Nezha Auto's products and services. Here, everyone can put forward their own ideas and suggestions, and let your wisdom be transformed into products. We regard user definition as the driving force for corporate development and the driving force for improving product experience. We want Nezha members to guide Nezha Auto!

In 900 days, the users provided us with more than 30,000 product feedbacks through the user community:

A user named A Fei has a racing driver's license. He gave up racing after becoming a father. However, after driving the Nezha V he bought for his wife, he found his passion for racing again. He became fascinated by the feeling of having electric car power on call. After that, he made modification suggestions in the Nezha Auto community, thinking that the Nezha V could be more sporty; Jiang Nan is a PADI international diving instructor. She wants to make a pink film for her little V and put a Hello Kitty sticker on it. In order to let us know what color she likes, she specially showed a tube of lipstick in the user community. The color of this lipstick is called "Light Dancing Sakura Pink"; A designer designed a baby car for his 4-year-old son, which was widely praised after being shared on social media. After he joined Nezha Auto, many Nezha fans suggested that he customize a baby car for everyone. In April, we really exhibited two baby cars at the Shanghai Auto Show, and the Nezha fans urged us to mass produce them as soon as possible...

Therefore, after more than 100 interactive exchanges between the design and development team of more than 80 people and more than 300 users, everyone saw the first batch of user-defined series models: Nezha V Co-sport Magic Edition, Nezha V Co-loli Witch Edition, and Nezha Co-kids Magic Boy Edition.

Nezha V Co-sport Magic Edition is the fastest accelerating EV in the 70,000-level class on the planet, with a 0-50km/h acceleration of 3.9 seconds. The cool running sports package, contrasting interior, and red calipers make it full of sporty atmosphere, and it can be called the cool running boy group; the NEDC cruising range is 401 kilometers, and the price is 76,900 yuan.

Nezha V Co-loli Witch Edition is the EV with the largest screen in the 70,000-level class on this planet. Its 14.6-inch borderless central control screen includes many functions. It is equipped with XiaoYou intelligent robot, which can perform 9 wake-up-free AI voice control and provide a zero-button full-touch easy driving experience. The exterior and interior adopt a new exclusive color scheme - Light Dancing Sakura Pink, which is lively and sweet, full of vitality. In addition, the 16-inch dynamic aluminum wheels show youthful vitality. The NEDC range is also 401 kilometers, and the price is 72,900 yuan.

Nezha Co-kids Magic Child Edition is the first EV for cute kids. It is designed by the original team that created Nezha S and has the same agile and dynamic body as Nezha S. It uses automotive-grade paint and genuine leather craftsmanship, national 3C certification, safety and environmental protection, and is built for children of appropriate age. It is the first gift for children and is priced at 2,999 yuan.

The three stories and three models above prove that a good product experience must come from users. The first three user-defined series models are not only made for A Fei, Jiang Nan and the cute kids, but also gifts from Nezha Auto to all Nezha members! We firmly believe that the power of the people can change everything, so we hope that everyone will use it, participate in it, interact with it, and benefit from it. To this end, we have specially launched the first phase of a user fund worth 100 million yuan to widely solicit users' ideas and suggestions and invite users to define our products and services. The fund will be returned to you within the next 18 months. The people's car needs more people's participation, and the people's car is made by the people! To this end, we have opened a user community entrance on the Nezha Auto APP and the official social platform to allow people to fully participate and benefit the participating Nezha members.

This is just the beginning! Next, we will work with you to create excitement and surprises, grow and share together. We will form a new user operation ecosystem, allowing companies to understand user needs more comprehensively and deeply, so that users can get a better product and service experience. In the user community, users not only define products, but also define services, define the company's brand, and even determine the company's ultimate direction!

We will launch the solicitation campaign for Nezha Auto's new logo on July 2nd, and welcome all Nezha fans to actively participate.
