During the reporting period, under the condition of limited production and supply, SAIC achieved a wholesale sales volume of 2.297 million vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 12.1%, but the terminal retail sales volume reached 2.945 million vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 29.7%, which was higher than the industry average growth rate, and its leading position was consolidated. In the first half of this year, the company achieved a consolidated total operating income of 366.096 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 29.03%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 13.314 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 58.61%. The company's economic benefits grew better than sales growth, and the quality of economic operation has improved significantly. Recently, the company officially released its new logo, new vision, mission and values, and accelerated its transformation into a user-oriented high-tech company that provides mobile travel services and products with upgraded technology, globalized business, high-end brand, and ultimate experience. In the first half of this year, the company was the first in the industry to launch an integrated "cloud-pipe-end" full-stack smart car technology solution including vehicle electronic architecture, SOA software platform, data platform and network security system, and made every effort to create a "software car". The pre-sale of the "Angel Wheel Edition" of the luxury pure electric smart sedan Zhiji L7 started during the Shanghai International Auto Show. The limited edition of 2,000 vehicles was "sold out"; R Auto held an ecosystem co-creation conference, launched the "R-Tech" intelligent driving platform, and the new intelligent pure electric B-class SUV ES33 was unveiled. SAIC Passenger Vehicle Company's retail sales reached 381,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 60.2%, SAIC Maxus's retail sales reached 106,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 57.2%, and SAIC-GM-Wuling's retail sales reached 884,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 39.5%. Wuling Hongguang MINIEV continued to top the domestic electric vehicle sales list with rising prices and stable sales after the "Macaron Edition" was launched. The core technology of intelligent electric vehicles continues to improve. On the one hand, the company continues to enhance its "hard core strength" in electrification, promotes the research and development and application of a new pure electric exclusive vehicle architecture and a new generation of "three-electric" systems, and its technical performance is leading in China; deepens strategic cooperation with CATL, and cooperates with solid-state battery innovation companies such as QuantumScape and Qingtao to actively deploy new next-generation battery technology. The average takeover mileage of Yangshan Port 5G+L4 smart heavy trucks in all scenarios exceeds 5,500 kilometers/time, and the average takeover mileage on the East China Sea Bridge exceeds 20,000 kilometers/time, which is already at the leading level in China. The Robotaxi project is progressing smoothly, and the first batch of driverless taxis will be put into trial operation in Shanghai and Suzhou in the second half of the year. Zhonghaiting's national highway high-precision electronic map data product was officially launched, achieving full coverage of high-precision data of 300,000 kilometers of highways and 29 core city expressways across the country, becoming the first domestic data product to obtain the full-factor data review number of the high-precision map of the Ministry of Natural Resources and have a compliant commercial service license. From January to June, facing a series of challenges such as the spread of the overseas epidemic, chip supply shortages, and tight shipping resources, SAIC's overseas retail sales reached 265,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 112.8%. Among them, the overseas retail sales of the MG brand exceeded 130,000 vehicles, and sales doubled year-on-year, continuing to rank first in overseas sales of Chinese single brands; SAIC Maxus' overseas sales were nearly 22,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 281%. In the first half of the year, the proportion of independent brands in the company's overseas sales remained above 60%, and the overseas sales of new energy products were nearly 20,000 vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 1.5 times, especially in the European market, where new energy vehicle sales have reached 13,000 vehicles. We continue to explore business model innovation. Xiangdao Travel launched the "ride-sharing" business, Shencheng Travel's "one-click ride-hailing" function entered the community, and the Chexiangjia business strengthened refined management, and the overall operating quality of the mobile travel and service sectors improved significantly. At the same time, the company also accelerated the implementation of the vehicle-battery separation business model. Roewe launched the Ei5-quick-change version, and has built 13 quick-change stations in Shanghai. It will explore the gradient utilization of battery assets through leasing.
