According to the new car sales data released by GAC Aion in August, the sales of the Aion family reached 11,631 units in August, a year-on-year increase of 115%. In August, the orders for the entire series exceeded 18,000 units, setting a record high.

Recently, GAC Group officially announced that GAC Ayan series models have sufficient orders and the factory is already operating at full capacity.

GAC Aion has also started expanding its factory, and it is expected that its annual production capacity will reach 200,000 vehicles by the beginning of next year, doubling its production capacity.

On August 30, GAC Aion officially released its super-speed battery technology and the A480 super charging pile with the highest charging power in the world. The super-speed battery voltage can reach 880V, and the maximum charging power is 480kW. When used with the A480 charging pile, it can achieve a high-speed charging rate of 6C, and a range of 200 kilometers can be achieved after charging for 5 minutes.

GAC Aion's Aion LX long-range version will also be launched at the end of this year. The range of this model will reach 1,000 kilometers, allowing users to say goodbye to range anxiety.

At present, GAC Aion has built its first super charging station in Guangzhou. It is expected that by 2025, GAC Aion super charging stations will cover 300 cities across the country, with a total number of 2,000. In addition, GAC Aion's super fast charging pile technology will also be open in the future, allowing other companies to participate in the construction of fast charging piles.
