Dual micro-architecture, 14 models in use The Snapdragon 400 series is a mid-range product of Qualcomm's mobile chip solution. It has two core versions: dual-core and quad-core. MSM8x30: released in early 2013, it is Snapdragon's own dual-core Krait 200 architecture, the highest frequency can reach 1.2GHz, and the representative mobile phones are HTC One mini, Samsung GALAXY Mega 6.3, Sony XPERIA L. In addition, like the current Snapdragon 800 8974AB, the 8X30 series also has an "upgraded version" such as 8X30AB. The upgrade is that the 8x30AB chip uses the same Krait 300 architecture as the Snapdragon 600, and the highest main frequency is increased to 1.7GHz. In the same small series, "X" represents different network support. For example, "0" means that there is no on-chip modem and the manufacturer needs to select it separately. "6" is the CDMA version, which is what we usually call the Telecom version, and "2" is the WCDMA/UMTS/HSPA+ version, which is what we call the Unicom version. These are widely used in the 3G era. "9" means that a single chip supports all TD-SCDMA, WCDMA, CDMA2000 and LTE standards. Snapdragon 400 Performance Introduction Regarding the most basic quality of Snapdragon 400 - performance, since all models are not available at present, last year's Snapdragon 200/400/600/800 performance test is used here for a brief understanding.
