Microsoft and Adobe work together to optimize the touch screen experience of PS

At the Adobe Max conference, Microsoft and Adobe jointly announced that they will optimize the touch screen experience of Adobe's core Creative Cloud software, enabling Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effect to better utilize touch screens on Windows 8/8.1 and future Windows touch screen computers or tablets.

Currently, Photoshop software can only perform the most basic operations such as zooming and rotating on Windows touch screens, but Adobe said that it cannot be limited to this. It wants to redesign the operating interface for touch screens to better utilize the intuitiveness and convenience brought by touch screens.

The company also demonstrated several new features of Photoshop that use touch screens. Users can change the 3D perspective angle in the view, quickly edit curves and shadows with gestures, and a new interface called "Playgroun" allows users to control different layers with gestures. There are also some new features that make it easier for illustrators to use.

The two companies said that there are still a large number of new features under development, and the cooperation between the two companies will surely bring a new level of integration of software and hardware.
