The National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System shows that Evergrande Faraday Future Intelligent Automobile (China) Co., Ltd. was established on August 7, and its registration authority is the Guangzhou Nansha District Market and Quality Supervision Administration.

Evergrande Faraday Future China was established after Xu Jiayin invested in Faraday Future, an electric car manufacturer invested by Jia Yueting.

The registered capital of Evergrande Faraday Future (China) Co., Ltd. is US$2 billion, and its registered address is 9th Floor, No. 171 Haibin Road, Nansha District, Guangzhou. Its shareholder is Evergrande Faraday Future Holdings (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. The executive director and general manager is Peng Jianjun, vice president of Evergrande Group, and the supervisor is Liu Hao.

The foreign-invested enterprise name approval announcement released on August 2 showed that Evergrande Faraday Future Intelligent Automobile (China) Co., Ltd. obtained preliminary approval of its name.

It is said that Evergrande Faraday Future Intelligent Automobile Company will be unveiled within this month.

The company that established Evergrande Faraday Future China is Evergrande Faraday Future Holdings (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. The company's earliest name was Faraday Future Ecosystem (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., and it was renamed Smart Mobility (Hong Kong) Holdings Limited in January 2018.

On July 30, 2018, Smart Mobility was renamed Evergrande Faraday Future Holdings (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.

In February this year, Evergrande Faraday Future Holdings (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. [then known as Smart Mobility] established Ruichi Intelligent Automobile (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. in Guangzhou. On April 8, Ruichi Automobile bought a piece of land for car manufacturing in Nansha, Guangzhou for 364 million yuan.
