1. Run (WinKey+R) "Registry Editor" (enter "Regedit" and press Enter);

2. Find the "HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\Personalize" item;

3. Create a new "32-bit DWORD value";

4. Name it "SystemUsesLightTheme"

5. Set the value to "0".
