Galaxy Note 5 battery life/charging results are out: amazing!

A few days ago, Samsung held a press conference in New York and officially released the new generation flagship Galaxy Note 5.

As previously rumored, the Galaxy Note 5 is equipped with a 5.7-inch 2K display, an Exynos 7420 octa-core 2.1GHz processor, 4GB of built-in memory and 32/64GB of body storage space, a 5-megapixel/16-megapixel camera, a 3000mAh battery, and runs the Android 5.1 system.

Also released with it is the Galaxy S6 Edge+, which has the same configuration as the Note 5, except that the screen is replaced with a curved one.

As a 5.7-inch product, the 3000mAh battery of Note 5 and S6 Edge+ is not considered large. So, is the 3000mAh battery enough? Let's take a look at the test brought by foreign media.

Judging from the results, the Galaxy Note 5's battery life is 9 hours and 11 minutes, while the S6 Edge+'s is 9 hours and 29 minutes, which is similar to the Sony Xperia Z3 and much better than the previous generation Note 4.

In terms of charging time, the Galaxy Note 5 takes 81 minutes to fully charge, which is a good performance. Unfortunately, the Galaxy S6 Edge+ did not show the same performance, which should be similar to the Note 5.
