From Gundam Musou, Beidou Musou, Troy Musou to the latest Zelda Musou, they are all leveraging each other to make money. Games are also the product of fan economy.

As a warrior-like mowing game, "Dragon Quest: Heroes 2" was given a high score of 39 by Famitsu magazine, the same as that of "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End". This makes people wonder: is this almost full score due to good gaming quality or a dirty PY deal?

Master Akira Toriyama joins the fan-oriented players to comfort

The graphics have always been a concern for DQ fans and players. Because the most recent orthodox sequel is the 10th generation, which is a game for the Wii console, the graphics are predictable.

But it still can't avoid the phenomenon of frame drops when releasing special moves when there are a lot of enemies on the same screen.

This game is different from the traditional "mowing the lawn" style. Although the game has the same manual and diversified operation mode as the previous work, it can accurately perform various skill combos, and the effect is relatively gorgeous, but the added simplified attack mode, which can perform combos with one button operation, seems a little less enjoyable, especially in the simplified attack mode. The attack system is chaotic and has no logic at all, which greatly affects the sense of attack and game experience. The moves in the Warriors series are simple, and it feels unnecessary to "add unnecessary details" to make a semi-automatic simple attack mode. Instead, it will make players lose some of the fun.

This game still uses a dual-protagonist system plus a team-changing system. You can bring three NPC teammates into battle. By pressing the L2 key, you can switch between the four characters to operate. The mission fails when the HP of all four team members is 0, which greatly reduces the mission failure rate. This also reduces the difficulty of the game itself compared to the previous game.

But even so, this game is not as simple as mowing down enemies with your own weapons. Unlike the stupid passers-by in Dynasty Warriors who circle around the protagonist without killing him, the monsters in this game have extremely high attack power, and they hit people surprisingly painfully. At the same time, they will attack in groups and force the protagonist to run away.

Although it is easier to play for players of the Warriors series, I am not used to the fact that the characters cannot move while defending. And even if you defend against the opponent's attack, you will still lose health, which will probably drive many players crazy. So you must make good use of evasion, which can not only avoid the monster's attack but also cancel some of the attack stiffness, killing two birds with one stone. The evasion in this game is much more useful than in the "Samurai Warriors" series, so it is recommended to use it more.

Because of the magical background of the DQ series, the appearance of magic settings is still crucial. Although the settings are old-fashioned, R1 plus fast casting can still be a fun way to cut down the grass in the Dynasty Warriors series. In general: magic damage is high, the range is large, and the moves are also very cool. But compared to the magic in the DQ series, it is definitely discounted. But compared to the "Dynasty Warriors" series, which only has simple combos and Dynasty Warriors, there are more choices.

KT's style remains unchanged, with various styles and is very pleasing

Speaking of Warriors, since it is a game from KT, how can there not be a system similar to Warriors? The energy bar next to the character portrait is called the fighting spirit bar, which can be understood as the Warriors bar. After it is full, it can be activated by pressing the circle key. It will definitely enter the invincible state like Warriors, and the character will also be strengthened for a certain period of time. When the energy in the fighting spirit bar is used up, a super special move with a very large range will be released. Of course, you can also manually press the circle key to directly release the super special move, and the energy bar will be emptied. Although the picture looks gorgeous, the imprint of Warriors is still clearly brought into the world of DQ by KT.

Of course, there is also the monster coin system that has been well received in the previous game. In the game, the enemy monsters defeated have a certain chance to become monster coins and appear under the character portrait. After the protagonist gets the coins, he can summon the monsters as his own fighting companions. The protagonist can even turn into cute slimes, robots, thunderclouds and other monsters. The monster coin operation of the cross key is very interesting and convenient. For the boring musou, this embellishment also makes the whole game more interesting.

This game has newly added an online mode. Players can not only cooperate in the "battle in the plot", restoring the classic local online mode of the "Dynasty Warriors" series, but also fight various monsters with friends, and explore the "labyrinth of time and space" with 1 to 4 partners. Challenge more powerful bosses or dungeons together, just like "Monster Hunter" where 4 people team up to challenge difficult monsters, becoming a unique co-battle game, which increases the stickiness and diversity of the game.

To sum up, the quality of the game itself is still there, but it is only limited to some players who like the "Dynasty Warriors" series or the "DQ" series.
