Is it reliable to use mobile phone software to repel mosquitoes?

First of all, let's understand the principle of electronic mosquito repellent. The developer of "mobile mosquito repellent software" gave two main principles of "mosquito repellent": The first method is that according to long-term research by zoologists, female mosquitoes need to supplement nutrition within a week after mating in order to successfully ovulate and give birth, which means that female mosquitoes will only bite people to suck blood after they are pregnant . When the blood-sucking female mosquitoes hear the above sound waves, they will immediately flee, thereby achieving the effect of repelling mosquitoes. There is also a kind of mosquito repellent software that simulates the ultrasonic sound of bats, because "bats are the natural enemies of mosquitoes. It is generally believed that mosquitoes can identify and avoid the ultrasonic sound emitted by bats. Let's explain them one by one. First of all, there is no scientific basis for avoiding mating . After the mosquitoes break out of the pupa, they often form a large group of male mosquitoes, and female mosquitoes will be attracted by the sound of the wings of a large group of male mosquitoes, and then enter the group to find a mate. However, when it comes to auditory perception, it only works on male mosquitoes. The actual situation is that the hearing of male mosquitoes is much stronger than that of female mosquitoes, and male mosquitoes do not suck blood. The main sensory organs of female mosquitoes that suck blood are very sensitive to temperature and smell . The hearing range of the human ear is generally between 20Hz-20000Hz. Not to mention mobile phones, even high-end audio equipment can rarely break through the hearing limit of the human ear. The ultrasonic waves emitted by bats are all above 40000Hz, far beyond the capabilities of mobile phone loudspeakers and ordinary home speakers.
