Ali Lingyang launches "All-in-One" enterprise service product to solve the problem of multi-channel fragmented operation of enterprises

On July 12, Alibaba's subsidiary Lingyang released a one-stop enterprise data intelligence product "Lingyang One". "Lingyang One" is the industry's first intelligent enterprise service product that links multiple e-commerce platforms and covers the entire chain of enterprise operations. It can help enterprises easily achieve multi-channel operations and integrate fragmented businesses.

"Companies are making consumer products simpler and simpler, but the enterprise service industry is becoming more and more complex." Lingyang CEO Peng Xinyu said that Lingyang One chose to break down silos, simplify things, and make rich capabilities, data and intelligence "All in One".

In June last year, Alibaba announced the establishment of Lingyang, a subsidiary focusing on enterprise digital intelligence services, which attracted a lot of attention and discussion in the industry. Lingyang was the first in China to propose the concept of "Not SaaS but DaaS (Data Intelligence as a Service)", which is not limited to the single-point efficiency improvement focused on by traditional SaaS software, but to open up and integrate the overall business flow, data flow and workflow of the enterprise, making data intelligence the most important business growth engine for the enterprise.

A year later, Lingyang launched the integrated "Lingyang One" product, which has many plug-and-play standard plug-ins and can be flexibly assembled and connected and expanded like Lego blocks, allowing more than forty kinds of data flows, business flows, and workflows that were originally unconnected to be "integrated into one."

Peng Xinyu introduced that in terms of data flow, after customer authorization, Lingyang One can access the store operation data of enterprises on Taobao Tmall, JD.com, Pinduoduo, Douyin, Kuaishou, Xiaohongshu and other platforms, so that enterprises can grasp the multi-channel operation situation at any time; in terms of business flow, Lingyang One integrates Lingyang's business analysis, customer service management, order management, logistics management, member operation and other full-process business software, and can be connected with the company's self-built system and external enterprise service software such as Salesforce; in terms of workflow, it supports the connection of Qianniu, DingTalk, Feishu, Enterprise WeChat and other office collaboration systems, and business instructions are automatically synchronized.

At the same time, Lingyang One is also the industry's first full-link enterprise service product to test access to a large model. It is fully intelligent and personalized, and can become the company's exclusive 24-hour "AI business manager."

By connecting to the Tongyi Qianwen big model, Lingyang One has mastered a vast amount of general knowledge and has rich industry experience in the consumer field. It can combine the company's accumulated exclusive data assets to transform into AI customer service experience experts, intelligent sales forecasters, marketing consultants and other roles that provide services anytime and anywhere. Based on AI analysis and predictions, it can intelligently remind companies to replenish stocks, handle customer relations, follow up on business opportunities and other operations, and can also answer companies' inquiries about business suggestions.

"A customer told me before that his customer service manager had to monitor the backend systems of six platforms, and this alone took an hour each time." Peng Xinyu introduced that the Lingyang team has been working on the many pain points of decentralized operations one by one for more than a year, relying on more than ten years of experience in the enterprise service and data intelligence industry, Lingyang's previous full-link products and the latest AI technology to polish the Lingyang One product. After connecting to Lingyang One, enterprises can reduce a lot of tedious work such as switching systems and copying reports, and can manage the operating conditions of various platforms and promote business growth with one click. For the platform, the ecological tools have become more abundant to meet the actual business needs of merchants.

Many well-known companies have tried Lingyang One in advance and gave positive comments. After using Lingyang One, P&G reported that the product has improved efficiency in data integration, data dashboard production and other links. Baozun E-Commerce, a leading domestic e-commerce service company, provides e-commerce services in China for hundreds of well-known brands around the world, and multi-platform operations have become the norm for its business. Hu Qiang, director of Baozun's big data platform and application, said that he was very surprised after trying Lingyang One, "There was no similar product in China before, and Lingyang One is a rigid demand for enterprises under the current multi-platform operation situation."

Hu Qiang introduced, "From Double 11 in 2021, we began to explore looking at all data from an omni-channel perspective, but this process is very complicated. It takes about a week just to align the data of each platform. This year, we tried the Lingyang One product. Combined with Baozun's previous accumulation, multi-platform operating data can be summarized and viewed at a glance, which helps us adjust strategies in a timely manner. Two days after the 618 event ended, many brands we served completed the review, and the efficiency was greatly improved compared with before."
