By connecting to the Tongyi Qianwen big model, Lingyang One has mastered a vast amount of general knowledge and has rich industry experience in the consumer field. It can combine the company's accumulated exclusive data assets to transform into AI customer service experience experts, intelligent sales forecasters, marketing consultants and other roles that provide services anytime and anywhere. Based on AI analysis and predictions, it can intelligently remind companies to replenish stocks, handle customer relations, follow up on business opportunities and other operations, and can also answer companies' inquiries about business suggestions. "A customer told me before that his customer service manager had to monitor the backend systems of six platforms, and this alone took an hour each time."
