Google officially mentions Android 11 for the first time

On October 11, according to foreign media reports, the 2019 Android Development Summit will open later this month, and Google has announced the full conference schedule. Interestingly, in the conference schedule, Google officially mentioned Android 11 for the first time, but the official did not disclose any details of Android 11.

Foreign media previously discovered that in AOSP, Google has enabled the codename "Android R". According to Android naming rules, Android R should be the next generation of Android: Android 11.

Considering that the official version of Android 10 has just been launched, it is too early to discuss Android 11. As usual, Android 11 may be released in March next year (development version) and officially released at the Google I/O conference.

It is worth noting that Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL will be officially unveiled this month, pre-installed with Android 10, which is worth looking forward to.
