Recently, an online survey showed that the "File Transfer Assistant" on WeChat, which was originally used to store and transfer work files, is used by many people in the workplace as a private "tree hole" to confide their inner thoughts, relieve stress and encourage themselves.

The survey shows that many users will send words such as "You can do it, just bear with it", "It's okay if things aren't going well", "You need to be full of energy today, come on" to the file transfer assistant to cheer themselves up. Among them, about 65% of employed people have negative emotions in their hearts. Such emotions can be mildly manifested as dissatisfaction with the status quo and deep fatigue; in severe cases, they can be overwhelmed and suffer from serious physical and mental illnesses.

In addition, 85% of the post-90s respondents in the survey said they had "overtime anxiety", 61% had "promotion anxiety", and 57% had "consumption anxiety", while nearly 70% of the post-80s working people believed that their current salary did not match their own abilities. The first half of their careers is over, and they feel that the title of "middle-aged greasy" is not far away from them.
