According to foreign media 9to5Mac on July 6, Apple has brought a lot of changes to the Notes app in iOS 15 and macOS Monterey. But if users have installed the latest version of the operating system on their devices, they should note that some notes will not be displayed on earlier versions of iOS or macOS. The updated Notes app is better suited for group collaboration and makes it easier to organize and find notes. For example, users can now mention others in a shared note using the @ symbol and collaborator's name anywhere in the text. Apple has also added support for tags. Users can add tags to text and search for tagged notes through the new interface. However, if users still use devices running older versions of the operating system, they may need to avoid using these features for the time being. If the Notes app detects that the user's iCloud account has a device running a version lower than iOS 14.5 or macOS Big Sur 11.3, it will issue a reminder that the relevant notes will not be available on these devices. It is worth mentioning that the latest versions of iOS 14 and macOS Big Sur are partially compatible with these features. |
