Early this morning, Apple officially released the second RC version of iOS15.2. In just four days, Apple released two RC versions in succession (this Tuesday was the first release of iOS15.2 RC version).

The installation package size of this version is about 390M, and the version number is 19C57. The size of the installation package will vary for different models. According to the official description, the release of this update should still be mainly to improve stability and fix bugs. After all, this installation package update is indeed much smaller than the first RC version released on Tuesday this week.

So what updates will be included in the upcoming iOS 15.2 version?

Judging from the two RC versions pushed this week, iOS 15.2 has made many updates, mainly as follows:

1. The App privacy report has been added. Judging from the previous iOS update push versions, Apple currently attaches great importance to the protection of user privacy and security. This time, iOS15.2 has also added a blockbuster new feature, the App Privacy Report. In this feature, the App and website access activities, as well as the App's calls to data and sensors are recorded. It can also record what sensors the App called and what data was stored at what time according to different application categories, so that users can see it at a glance! Users can view it through "Settings-Privacy-App Privacy Report".

2. "Asset Contacts" are newly added to Apple ID. In addition to the previously added SOS function, iOS15.2 also added a new feature "Asset Contacts". With the rapid development of Internet information, various types of information users have on the Internet have become an increasingly important part of individuals, but how to reasonably, legally and safely use or save this data after the user leaves has become an urgent problem to be solved. The "Asset Heirs" launched by Apple this time is a big step forward in addressing this issue. Users can edit it through "Settings--Apple ID--Password & Security"

3. The “macro control” function has been added to the photo-taking function, which is mainly updated for the new iPhone 13Pro models.

4. Add "Limit IP Address Tracking". This feature can be turned on or off in the wireless LAN. After turning on this feature, you can hide your personal IP from known trackers in emails or Safari browsers to limit IP address tracking.

The above are basically the new features that will be updated in the iOS15.2 version. Since it is still in the testing version, users can only obtain them through the installation description file. After the official version is released, they can directly download and install it by checking for updates.
