iPhone 11 upgrade iOS 15.5 saves more power than iOS 15.4, and those who have used it all say it’s good

Apple officially released the iOS15.5beta1 test version in the early hours of yesterday morning. Some users believe that the iOS test version will have many bugs and negative optimizations, but many iPhone 11 users found that the optimization is really excellent after upgrading to the iOS15.5beta1 test version. The experience is better than iOS15.4, and the battery life performance is also improved. So, in addition to saving more power, what other optimizations are there after the iPhone 11 is upgraded to iOS15.5beta5?

Battery life

After iPhone 11 was upgraded to iOS 15.4, the battery life did not improve but instead decreased. It was not until this morning that I upgraded to iOS 15.5 beta 1 and used it for a whole day that I found that it indeed consumed power more slowly than iOS 15.4. I went out with a full charge at 7:30 in the morning and there was still 30% battery left when I got off work at 5:30 in the afternoon. Previously, the remaining battery in the same scenario was only 20%. The battery life performance has improved.

Killing the background

After a day of trying iOS 15.5, I did not notice any background killing. Previously, it might happen after I opened 3-4 apps, but now I have opened 6 apps and there is no background killing.

Fluency

Compared with iOS14 and the first generation of iOS15, it is indeed much smoother, the transition animation is quite smooth, sliding the pages within the APP is very smooth, and the speed of opening the APP has also become much faster.

Signal

Previously, the signal and network speed of iOS15.4 were not very good. Although there were sometimes 3-4 bars of signal, the network speed would not be fast enough or there would be no network. After upgrading to iOS15.5beta1, the signal was mostly full, the network speed was fast enough, and there was no network failure.

Bugs

Many people said that the camera flickered, but after turning on the camera on the iPhone 11, I tried it and there was no obvious flicker, and it did not affect normal use at all.

The above is the real feedback after upgrading iPhone 11 to iOS 15.5 beta 1. In addition to the improved battery life, there have been improvements in killing background processes and signal, and the fluency has also been improved to a certain extent. There are no bugs that affect the experience in daily use. It is recommended to upgrade the same model.
