Li Sixia, a 57-year-old female engineer from Shaanxi, had been "struggling" with the stone factory in her hometown for six years and was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for the crime of picking quarrels and provoking trouble. Recently, the second-instance court ruled to revoke the first-instance judgment and send it back for retrial. Looking back on the 21 months in detention, Li Sixia said that he had to speak out, and seeing the quarry closed and the village roads restored, it was all worth it.
