It is reported that this round of local epidemic in Dongguan has lasted for nearly 20 days, with relatively concentrated cases and a multi-point outbreak trend. There is no city lockdown, but there are some restrictions. The specific regulations are as follows:

1. Leaving Dongguan

According to the requirements of "No. 53 issued by the Office of the Dongguan Municipal New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Command": From 8:00 on March 14 to 24:00 on March 20, the general public should not leave Dongguan unless necessary. Those who really need to leave Dongguan must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours.

2. Enter Dongguan

From 8:00 on March 14 to 24:00 on March 20, people entering Dongguan with an asterisk on their travel cards must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours and have a green health code.

According to the "Notice on e-Declaration of People in Dongguan and People Coming to and Returning to Dongguan during the 2022 Spring Festival" issued by Dongguan, people in Dongguan and people coming to and returning to Dongguan need to make a health declaration from January 17 to March 15. Specifically, there are three types of personnel:

(1) People who stay in Dongguan for the holidays: People who currently work, live and celebrate the holidays in Dongguan;

(2) People leaving Dongguan for the holidays: those who have left Dongguan or are about to leave Dongguan and plan to return to Dongguan before March 15, 2022; (3) Newcomers to Dongguan: those who come to Dongguan to live or work after January 17, 2022, as well as those who come to Dongguan temporarily for visiting relatives and friends, sightseeing, business negotiations, etc.

Note: Key personnel involved in the epidemic who enter from ports in other provinces or come to or return to Dongguan from medium- and high-risk areas in other provinces should uniformly and proactively declare their information of entry into Guangdong, coming to Guangdong, or returning to Dongguan in advance through the Guangdong Health Code Health Declaration App for Entry into Guangdong from Other Provinces. There is no need for repeated declaration.

2. Can we enter and leave Dongguan freely during the 2022 epidemic?

3. The latest Dongguan epidemic risk level in 2022

In accordance with the national and provincial work requirements on zoning and grading prevention and control of the new coronavirus epidemic, with the approval of the Dongguan Municipal New Coronavirus Epidemic Prevention and Control Command, from 22:00 on March 14, 2022, two areas in Changping Town, Dongguan City (No. 130, Lane 1, Bengjiang West, Yuanshanbei Village, Changping Town, Dongguan City; No. 18, Juyuan Third Street, Huanzhuli Village, Changping Town, Dongguan City) will be adjusted from low-risk areas to medium-risk areas. The risk level in other areas remains unchanged.

As of now, Dongguan has 0 high-risk areas and 9 medium-risk areas. The following is the latest list of medium-risk areas in Dongguan:
