WeChat Developer Guidelines

When developers develop official accounts, in addition to meeting the specification restrictions and call frequency restrictions of each interface, they must also pay special attention to the usage specifications of sensitive information such as template messages and user data.

When it comes to user data:

If your service needs to collect any user data, you must obtain the user's explicit consent in advance, and only collect user data necessary for operational and functional purposes. At the same time, you should inform the user of the purpose, scope and usage of the relevant data collection to protect the user's right to know.
After you collect user data, you must take necessary protection measures to prevent user data from being stolen, leaked, etc.
The user data you collect in a specific WeChat official account may only be used in that specific WeChat official account and may not be used outside of that specific WeChat official account or for any other purpose, nor may it be provided to others in any way.
If Tencent believes that the way you collect and use user data may damage the user experience, Tencent has the right to require you to delete the relevant data and not to collect and use user data in that way anymore.
Once you stop using the Service, or Tencent terminates your use of the Service for any reason, you must immediately delete all data obtained from the use of the Service (including various backups) and may no longer use it in any way.

Other specifications:

Do not provide proxy authentication credentials for any user to automatically log in to WeChat Official Accounts.
Please do not provide tracking functions, including but not limited to identifying other users' viewing, clicking and other operations on their personal homepages.
Do not automatically direct your browser window to other web pages.
Please do not set up or publish any gameplay or content that violates relevant laws and regulations, public order and good customs, social ethics, etc.
Please do not publicly express or imply that there is a cooperative relationship between you and Tencent, including but not limited to mutual shareholding, business dealings or cooperative relationship, or claim that Tencent recognizes you.
