Cheng Xianfeng: Next-generation software performance measurement system

As can be seen from the above two pictures, performance/respose time, or performance measurement, is a headache for everyone. It is also an item that has a big difference between demand and reality. People think it needs to be measured, but in reality it is difficult or even impossible to measure.

Mr. Cheng Xianfeng believes that there are three major difficulties in IT operation and maintenance. In addition, some financial customers whose demands did not change much before are also changing on a monthly or even weekly basis. When changes become normal, it brings greater challenges to operation and maintenance.
