Users can search for "epidemic" on Alipay or go to the Alipay homepage to click on the "Fight against New Coronavirus Pneumonia" service area.

This special area currently has launched over 15 major sections, including local epidemic data reports, real-time information, epidemic maps, rumor-busting areas, epidemic science popularization, testing agency inquiries, nucleic acid certificate inquiries, real-time inquiries on returning home to fight the epidemic, new crown vaccine vaccination site inquiries, obtaining epidemic prevention itinerary cards, medical and health services, risk area reminders, medicine purchase and delivery services, and citizen centers.

Users can query dynamic epidemic prevention data and relevant policies in various places, obtain health codes and epidemic prevention itinerary cards with one click, query the distribution points and test results of nucleic acid testing institutions, obtain distribution information of vaccination institutions, and so on.

Among them, in the "Citizen Center", users can enjoy "contactless services" and conveniently and quickly enjoy various services such as provident fund, social security, medical insurance, public security traffic management, taxation, etc. without leaving home. In addition, there are service guides and strategies for various places for reference.

Alipay’s “Epidemic Service Express” has also launched a “Return Home Policy” section , which can help users check the epidemic prevention policies of the departure and destination cities in real time , including whether the departure and destination are medium- and high-risk areas, whether a valid nucleic acid negative certificate is required, and whether isolation is required when passing through medium- and high-risk areas.

In addition, the "Epidemic Service Express" section of Alipay has also launched a COVID-19 vaccination information query service.
