Foreign media: If you are still using an older model, it is worth upgrading to iPhone 13

According to foreign media macrumors, comparing the iPhone 13 models with the iPhone 12 models, the update of the iPhone 13 seems unoriginal and unnecessary, but for those who own older iPhones, it is a different picture, especially in terms of camera quality.

Foreign media macrumors compared the iPhone 13 with the iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 8, and iPhone 6, and concluded that if you currently own an older model and like to take a lot of photos, the iPhone 13 is worth upgrading. It’s no surprise that the iPhone 13 outperforms the iPhone 6, and this is where we see some of the most noticeable differences. The iPhone 8 is much closer in quality, with color signatures that are actually quite similar to the iPhone 13, but there’s still a noticeable difference in lower lighting conditions.

For the iPhone 11 Pro, it's hard to see the improvement in photos in bright, even lighting, but the iPhone 13 does a better job in nighttime lighting (less lens flare) and also has better texture. Activating the Deep Fusion feature in indoor lighting makes a big difference in texture quality.

The iPhone 11 Pro has some blur issues that tend to affect most photos, and this problem is more obvious in the evening and afternoon when there is less sunlight. Earlier iPhones had a lot of problems accurately exposing different areas with uneven lighting, and Apple has made a lot of improvements in this area over the past few years.

The iPhone 13 does an excellent job with color accuracy, including skin tones, outperforming all older iPhones. It’s also excellent at HDR, with everything being super clear even in less-than-ideal lighting.
