A new side business with huge profits, can you make 200,000 a month?

A new side business with huge profits, can you make 200,000 a month? Many people always ask if there are any simple, highly profitable, and feasible projects suitable for ordinary people?

In fact, everyone should know that the three elements of low threshold, legality and continuous profitability cannot be achieved at the same time, otherwise it would violate the laws of economics.

However, every time I answered this way, many people always disagreed, thinking that I didn't know the specific project and was just using some general principles to brush them off.

In fact, I know that they just want to find out some unconventional projects from me. Well, I will satisfy you this time and talk about 10 unconventional projects. It would be best if you find them inspiring, but if not, just take them for fun.

1. Video transfer

When I visited a friend's studio, I found out that they were doing this. To put it bluntly, they were moving videos across platforms to defraud traffic subsidies.

For example, moving YouTube videos to Bilibili to cheat on creative incentives, and moving Douyin videos to Dayu to cheat on subsidies.

He hired a bunch of people to do this with a base salary of 3,000 yuan. Even if one account only made a few or tens of yuan in profit a day, it would be considerable if there were hundreds of accounts.

Each of his employees is responsible for hundreds of accounts, and the total number is even more impressive.

He said that his most capable employees could earn up to 30,000 or 40,000 yuan in commission a month. I didn't have the courage to ask him how much money this project could make in a month, but I thought more than 100,000 yuan would be no problem.

It sounds easy, but it actually requires a high level of professionalism. It is easy to create an account, but it is difficult to manage hundreds or thousands of accounts as a team.

You are required to have a relatively high understanding of the rules and subsidies of each platform, be sensitive to popular content, and have the ability to manage a team.

2. How to sell men's clothing on Douyin

It's about finding a girl with decent looks, using fake breast pads to make her figure look plump, then having her wear men's clothes, sell men's clothes, and attract male fans.

Why do I know that this girl is using a breast pad? Because every time she makes a short video, her breasts are huge, but when it comes to live streaming, they are quite ordinary (maybe she is afraid that the live streaming will be too big and her traffic will be limited or her account will be blocked), which makes me feel like a turtle going to school on a commuter basis - I can't hold back at school.

If you create a bunch of accounts at the same time and shoot a girl like this, and each account has tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of male fans, then the income from live streaming and selling goods will be considerable. It should not be a problem to sell hundreds of thousands to millions of goods a month.

The clothing business is not easy to do. If you can’t sell your products, you can try this method.

3. Selling goat milk

Few beverage businesses are profitable, including but not limited to mineral water, beverages, milk tea and wine.

I have a brother whose family sells goat milk. He said he can earn 200,000 yuan a year. I think that’s quite interesting.

His parents raised some sheep in their hometown and milked them every day. There was no marketing or publicity, and they didn't even have a store. Every day, residents from the surrounding area would bring buckets to the farm and buy the milk.

This brother asked me how to build a big brand, and I told him not to do it because he would fall into traps once standardization was involved.

Let it be. My parents are old now so I won’t bother with it anymore. This original business model is pretty good now.

4. Dating activities

Blind date activities are actually a necessity nowadays, because there are too many single men and women in big cities, and there are few channels to meet new people.

In short, you can create a public account or Douyin, collect information of many single men and women and post it every day, accumulate a lot of fans, and then organize local offline blind dates, charging one or two hundred yuan per person, and it will make a lot of money if there are a lot of people.

I used to be single, and whenever I felt lonely, bored, I also liked to attend such blind date events.

Generally, for a small blind date event with 20 to 30 people, you can just rent a private room in a coffee shop; for a large event with hundreds of people, you usually rent a hall.

Assuming one person costs 100, then 100 people would cost 10,000. The cost is mainly rent, and the labor cost is not much. A large event with more than 100 people can be organized by three or five people.

Of course, the industry is a bit inward-looking now, and you can’t say it’s a random match, it’s usually a special show.

For example, there are special sessions for civil servants, 985 projects, and those with houses and household registration. I heard there is also a special session for professors' children.

And sometimes there is price discrimination. I saw a special event for public institutions two days ago. The admission fee was 99 per person for those who had a house, and 199 per person for those who didn't. It was quite realistic.

5. Recommended products on Zhihu

To put it simply, it means writing articles on Zhihu to promote products and then taking commissions. The general commission is 5%-10%, which varies in different industries.

A friend in my circle has been working part-time as a product recommendation expert on Zhihu for more than half a year. He specializes in writing articles about electrical appliances (I think it's refrigerators). He can now earn about 5,000 yuan a month. It is expected that if he persists in doing so, he can earn over 10,000 yuan a month.

I think his current situation is pretty good. Since he can sell goods, it shows that he has talent and expertise in this area. I encourage him to develop other platforms as well.

6. Gambling We Media

This is a bit gray, and was made by a friend in the circle, who seems to be working on football.

At first he said that he was very accurate in betting, with an accuracy rate of over 90%. I scared me and said this was too genius. Later he explained that it was not a 90% accuracy rate, but that the accuracy rate was higher than 90% of people.

The accuracy rate is indeed quite good, so there are still many people who like to read the official account.

I told him several ways to monetize: for example, you could create a paid community and update the forecast content every week; you could also take some advertisements; or you could hook up with something and take a cut of the profits.

Anyway, this area is quite gray. Video-based self-media platforms have many restrictions, so you can only play by the rules. Text-based platforms will be better.

It’s up to you to make the specific choice. Generally, children make choices, while adults just do the work...like slaves.

7. Open an advertising company and specialize in farmers’ business

This has been written in previous articles. We contracted 10-20 minutes of garbage time on a local TV station at night to make a poverty alleviation program.

Then, we use the identity of this TV station and program to contact the Poverty Alleviation Office, and through the introduction of the Poverty Alleviation Office, we get in touch with the supply and marketing cooperatives and end-user farmers, and then we help the farmers and the supply and marketing cooperatives advertise and collect advertising fees.

Each order is only worth tens of thousands of yuan, but if you add up a little bit, you can easily make a net profit of 100,000 yuan a month.

The model is relatively speculative and a bit complicated, so it’s best to have someone who has some connections with TV stations and rural areas do it.

8. Buying used cars on behalf of others

I saw a guy on Bilibili before, who helped people buy used cars and took commissions.

Because he knows a lot about used cars, and this industry is very complicated, buyers are afraid of being cheated, so they ask him to help them choose and inspect the car as required, and give him a commission after the transaction is completed. For a used car worth 300,000 yuan, it should be no problem for him to take 3,000 yuan.

The entire process is recorded in the form of a video, edited and posted to Bilibili, which can attract traffic on the one hand and promote trust on the other.

I think this form is good, but the prerequisite is that you have to be knowledgeable.

This method is applicable to all second-hand products with high unit prices, such as second-hand houses, second-hand luxury goods, etc., and the original intention is to prevent people from being deceived, which is quite positive.

9. Surprise planning,

It is specially designed to plan surprises for people, such as love confessions, proposals, and birthdays.

This project sounds very new, but it is actually similar to wedding planning. It usually involves some balloons, flowers, candles, fireworks, and some creative themes.

The average customer order value is generally around 5,000 yuan, and the profit margin is high. Because there is little cost, materials and labor do not cost much, and a diligent boss and a part-time employee can start a business. Generally, they focus on the markets in first- and second-tier cities.

10. Training courses for the elderly

The main purpose is to train the elderly on how to use smartphones, how to use WeChat, how to make video calls to their children, and how to shop online.

Don't think that this kind of training is stupid. That's because you are young so you don't find it difficult. Nowadays, many middle-aged and elderly people don't have children around them, so there is a strong demand for this area.

Assuming there is one class per month, with 100 students in each class and 500 yuan per student, that would be 50,000 yuan per month and 600,000 yuan per year. This does not include related derivative income, such as selling health products.

This project is suitable for low-tier cities, where there are many empty-nest elderly people, no senior citizen universities or the like, and a large information gap.
