10 年前，手上有點錢，想在省會買套房，看了一圈，選了沒

有考慮交通，沒有考慮學區的地方，開盤前夜5000 一平，開

盤當天直接漲2000 變成7000 一平，我居然沒覺得任何不適，就買了。

后來因為地段、坐地漲價后悔了好多年，還好老公因感念我

當初沒罵他借錢被騙的事，沒有過多怪罪我。目前，這套房在手上，沒有虧本，也沒有什么升值價值。

最糟心的事情是你明明犯過錯了，又把錯誤重新犯一次。

我買了兩套公寓，把現金全騰進去了，物業費高，稅也貴， 還不好轉手。目前，在出租中5%的收益吧。

有一天一個工地民工樣式打扮的人他在路邊問路，我那時候剛好晨跑結束準備回程，然后突然間他攔住了我，說問我xx 路的市場怎么走，我打開手機的騰訊地圖給他找，然后我問他要去干什么，怪我多嘴，他偷偷摸摸的很神秘，把我拉到一邊沒啥人地方，把他手里這批幾塊錢批發的破玩意拿出來說在工地干活挖到文物了準備打算拿去賣。

我說可以，剛才不是地圖給你位置搜出來了嘛你自己照著

路線坐個公交車過去不就行了他說不認識路，剛從工地出來，挖到的還害怕別人知道這事兒不好什么亂七八糟的。

我說那你打算怎么辦，他說有沒有那種私人會所或者古董珍藏文物啥的地方。 我說這個額我就不太清楚了我就問他你問這干什么，他就拿出來他的破玩意還拿報紙包著的那上面還有泥呢就是你一看這“文物”就是剛從土里巴拉出來的，非常的新鮮。

我瞬間有了興趣，因為媽媽年輕時候一直有喜歡帶玉手鐲， 本來就是大家閨秀，然后我當時也不知道咋回事腦袋熱，當

時就覺得這玩意要是剛從土里巴拉出來的說不定會值錢? 畢竟現在一個玉鐲子品質好點的幾萬十幾萬不等，我指的是那種上級品，然后我就問那個坑錢的，我問他這手鐲多少錢一個。

他告訴我說8888，

我說我沒有這么多錢吶，太貴了瞬間失去了興趣， 他說，可以商量

我說，怎么商量法兒他說，那你現在有多少錢

我說，我出來跑步不帶現金啊

他說，那你微信支付寶有多少我我呢，當時就傻了吧唧的打開給他看有多少錢，現在回憶起來這事就想抽自己， 他一看900 多一點，具體數額我不是很記得了好像是920 來塊吧好多年前的事了。

然后他就給我裝他說這個不行的我這鐲子賣接近9000 塊錢呢(幾塊錢的破玩意賣9000 把我等當豬頭一樣宰，價格也是事后我才清楚成本價)然后我就說那我就不要了他當時還給我演戲，哎呦那個你是不知道啊。

后面我就說，我現在就這么多個數，貴了買不起我自己也不用這尋思著孝敬老人貼心一下鬼都沒想到我孝敬了工地

騙子當然了這個是后話，其實中間交易過程有個漏洞出現， 步操作，就是因為如果被警察抓到了他，他可以供認不違， 你說他騙你錢了交易記錄和證據呢，警察畢竟是看證據再抓人的嘛，而且還有一個好處如果事后你反應過來了，比如說你想倒賣去文玩店或者那種專門從事收藏品的店里高價回收什么的【文物私買，其實是要坐牢的，法律不允許這】。

當時真是萬萬沒想到啊，如果這一步識破了就直接終止，反而啥事沒有， 怪自己當時腦子發熱了被文物沖昏了頭腦

蠢到不能再蠢了

【虧錢啟示錄112】——貪心不足蛇吞象

2017 年，樓主結婚了，結婚賺了一波紅包+這幾年攢的錢，

也有30 多萬吧，父母這幾年也陸陸續續攢了些錢，公婆給的

彩禮+父母的嫁妝+自己的存款，有個80 多萬，本來是想買房付首付的，但是我們好蠢，貪心不足蛇吞象，居然全部買了p2p。

開始收益挺不錯，10%左右18 年陸陸續續傳出來暴雷的消息， 想取出來已經來不及了，全部沒了，天都要塌了，18 年還懷著孕，大著肚子去維權，一點用都沒有，最后心情不好身體也不好，導致了早產，寶寶低體重兒體質差等一系列問題。

【虧錢啟示錄113】——不靠譜的親戚

我舅舅(親的關系很好)賭博+玩金屬盤，網貸+銀行貸款+

外債居然欠了近300 萬!

真是五十多歲人了還這么作死被催款的催上門，媽媽說怎么辦呢總不能讓他去坐牢啊…

然后我爸媽又借又湊給了他30，我給了他10，把銀行和網貸還清了，其他的也無能為力，后來舅舅賣了房子還了一半， 可憐我舅媽和表妹，表妹也是還在讀大學呢，跟我當初一樣慘。

【虧錢啟示錄114】——網上兼職

說個我大2 的時候案例，我是搞軟件開發的，在網上找了個接私單的活，讓我加了個qq 群，然后說讓我先熟悉規則， 當時我還沒在意啥，就聽安排了。

先讓交100 元開個通道，并且中途由于個人原因退出不退還， 我想都沒想就給了，然后給我拉另一個群里，說有單子就發群里，當時群里有17 個人，有個群管理就來給我說要因為接

單人多，要排隊，如果想多接單就要交490 元的項目保證金，

我干開始想了100 都已經給了，要是現在退出不就白給了，

最后發現如果交了490 會不會還會讓我交錢，果斷退群刪人了，不然可能越給越多。

總結：如果你已經入坑了，而且知道被騙了，就要果斷止損。

【虧錢啟示錄115】——抵押房產開店

一個我同事的故事，我們是做電氣產品。然后幾年前我們都還在廠里做銷售。

我們當時在廣州有個代理商，開的五金批發商行，開了好幾家，這個五金商行老板就是我們其中一個經銷商。

也不知怎么的，我這同事就和這個五金商行的老板搞得關系特別鐵。最后他們兩個就說合伙開家店。

店開在增城，200 多方。我這個同事把房子賣了抵押，湊60

萬，那個商行老板以實物貨入股再加部分現金。

經營大半年后，資金出現短缺，要重新注資，我那同事自己

沒有現金了，就向商行老板借.這樣這折騰了一年，店面股份一人一半，但是我這個同事不僅欠銀行60 萬，還欠商行老板

80 萬。一共欠了140 萬，自己每個月在店里領6000 塊錢工資。經營的貨源，都是從原來的五金商行老板那里進貨。

當時還上了學校的校報，說創業明星。 后來怎么樣?

被自己同學吃倒閉了，自己太仗義經常免單，加上很多賒賬的，慢慢就倒閉了。

【虧錢啟示錄117】——三次創業經歷

第一次，大三和同學哥仨合伙干裝修公司，都是專業美術生自己就給設計干了，在上學的城市也七八年了，連上學帶瞎混，有熟悉的裝修各工種的工人，干了一年多瘦了二十斤， 算下來哥仨每人每月賺一千多，屬于工資都沒賺回來。

第二次是畢業了，回老家開了個燒烤店，因為他小時候他奶開過燒烤攤，我哥是在燒烤攤旁邊長大的。老太太那時候生意特別好，我哥就學了老太太的樸實，貨真價實，羊肉串全都是純羊肉，燒烤一條街的老板都過來我哥的店吃燒烤，七個月不干了，非常累、身心俱疲，就賺回個租金。

第三次創業又回到大學的城市，有個老板投資搞少兒教育美術，讓我哥當的店長，其實這個堅持下來也就堅持了，但他沒有，為啥呢，因為他干了大半年決定去開奶茶店，他跑到南方看別人奶茶店樓上樓下，門口還擺大排檔，一條街全是

調的，加盟了一個費用很高但又沒啥名氣的奶茶店。然后2020 年，大虧，到今年上半年把幾萬的設備賣閑魚幾千塊錢， 結束了他虧損最嚴重的一次創業。

【虧錢啟示錄118】——大吃小

小股東辭職，貸款100 萬，和原來大股東開廠。什么都做好了，大股東突然提出不做了。要么你給我，要么我退股。

這樣就吃死了小股東，廠房設備，客戶全部被人吞下。

總股本作價300 萬，小股東只占100 萬，他辭職來的，進退兩難……

【虧錢啟示錄119】——實體成本高

和人合作兩次，一次干機加下，后面接不到業務，搭檔小動

作不斷。我果斷退出，40 萬的設備3 萬賣了。

第二次17 年，和兩個同學做二手車生意，生意是真好，一個

月可以分3.40 萬。可惜大股東染上了賭博，最后一次進車， 把錢全攏他手上了，現在還關在海南監獄。

我和二老板，借了親戚朋友銀行，一個人欠一兩百個。現在還貓在浙江一個小鎮上打工。

【虧錢啟示錄120】——真傳一句話，假傳幾個G

講個我自己被割的，之前做淘寶什么都不會到處拜師找平臺補單，看淘寶各種大神視頻手法，是的,這時大神出現了， 鐮刀也準備好了不愧是淘寶講師-叫我xh，然后3980 的課還有獨家戰法。

現在走過了那段日子才知道，他只是玩了個信息差，所有的東西都是淘寶官方有的，他就是復述了一遍。現在還依然在

他群里看著，疫情后估計送錢人少了，他也很少出來裝神弄

鬼的了。總結一句：淘寶無大神，只有你想不到的途徑，真傳一句話，假傳幾個G.......

如果再補一句，別人的成功你學不了，別人的失敗你一樣無法模仿。

【虧錢啟示錄121】——人性經不起考驗

說個自己的經歷，和老公的同學一起創業，天使投資、項目、 推廣都是我們負責，對方就拉了兩個開發一個UI。

我老公是那種心腸軟的傻白甜，他同學技術占股就占了大頭， 而且為了所謂的安全感還當了法人，后來有了意見分歧，我們就被踢出了公司，不過這還不算最過分的，他們剩下的幾個人又另外成立了一家公司(沒在明面上做股東)，做著同樣的項目，在原先的公司就拼命發工資年終獎，經常導致賬面虧損，而我們除了看著，什么也做不了。

這件事帶給我最大的教訓就是人性經不起考驗，自己能主導

的項目，一定要把握住控制權，對于貢獻不大的人，給分紅

股就行了。

自己血淚教訓的建議：不要和熟人合伙，不要請熟人工作， 滿滿的坑。

【虧錢啟示錄122】——無題

15 年我與小A 投資了一個宣傳國學的公司，原始股兩人各一萬元，是最小的股東合伙人，還有開企業的老板有豐富的社會經驗的，有的投資20 多萬，有的投資100 多萬，對于一個小公司來說資金問題已經解決了，碰到的問題是我們共同投資的這位國學老師，畫大餅能力一流，干實事出結果的能力剛好反過來。

距今2021 年也有6 年了，說現象吧，這位老師去了一家公司繼續搞他的國學之路，群早就成了死群無人問津，前段時間我萌生退股之意與之說了，答復是帳上有錢會退。啥時有自己想咯，之前支持他的大股東也被踢出了群，一個他認為很有意義的項目群，踢的理由應該是大股東沒支持他。 once

口口聲聲掛感恩之嘴上的也是他，如今陌路，不了了之。

總結：這是一個走偏道路的人，個人能力是有的。 我們虧錢的原因個人總結是：高級傳銷+正能量模式玩法與社會上一味講正能量，讓個人忽視自身的利益，還覺得投資他很光榮一個樣，直白話就是被人賣了還給人家數錢的典例。

【虧錢啟示錄123】——電子煙

21 年年初，看到電子煙的興起，再再看這頭部品牌悅刻都上市了。

心里一激動，進了幾萬塊的貨，準備走微商模式賣和上電商平臺賣。價格比專賣店便宜。

結果國家一紙禁令，電子煙不得在網絡售賣。 然后平臺走不通，彼時微商上假貨大量橫行。 而且購買的都是學生為主。良心過不去。就沒有賣了。

現在還一堆電子煙放那，等過期。

【虧錢啟示錄124】——不要把信用卡借別人

我對象把信用卡借給她朋友好幾年了，在我們沒認識的時候， 我總覺得是個定時炸彈。

以前沒成家，總感覺朋友還好吧，三千兩千的應該不會賴賬， 要不好意思開口，借錢的不提，有時候故意說回頭還。零零散散，借出去好幾萬，結婚以后更不提還錢的事了

2019 年虧錢，兩件事，一件是回款不行，現在還幾萬沒收回來，另一件是，我把信用卡給了一位非常信任的朋友，他給我刷光了，找不到人。 . .

【虧錢啟示錄125】——黑科技手機

19 年時候，老家的朋友說是在朋友圈看到別人一排排架子擺滿了手機，無限開，在搞快手極速版拉新的羊毛。說想去試試看，賺點錢，就去向那些工作室購買了一批手機，一部800 塊的紅米，說是什么黑科技，可以無限開，不會被封。 . .

勸阻了，但無效。

然后就去買了幾十部"黑科技手機"和去淘寶指定店鋪買了一啪啦相對應的東西，什么支架，手機卡之類搞起來了，沒多幾天，有些號被封，去咨詢說是wifi 惹的禍，需要一卡一機， 一個問題解決了，后面又來很多問題，什么時不時就掉線， 被風控，異常等，最后一步，提現環節，系統提示說不符合活動要求。

工作室那邊說現在系統升級了，老機器被和諧掉了，需要新機器了，這回新機器1000/臺，老機器200 回收。 . .

到此，浪費了時間與金錢，就剩下一地雞毛!

【虧錢啟示錄126】——平臺擼貨騙局

2015 年，一同事說有人可以京東以8 折的產品可以拿到。

我就尋思，8 折拿蘋果，9.5 折賣出去，一開始買的幾臺手機都陸續收到貨了，維持了一個月左右。

這個規則是提前10 天打款過去，10 天后收到貨，一個月收貨正常，結果越投越多，投了接近25 萬，到了第二個月后， 沒有出貨，結果去報警，并抓了人，承認是詐騙，涉及金額1300 多萬。

判刑了，也找了律師，官司打贏了。錢拿不回來了。很深刻的教訓!

【虧錢啟示錄127】——不要搞太過概念的

朋友的同學是廣州某高校信息學院的院長，據說學術方面也不錯。搞了個科技企業，搞vr+診療的，邀請我們參股，投了20w，也確實是實打實的小工商股東，可惜投進去就打水漂了。

實驗室也有，母機也做出來了，可惜臨床數據都是要花錢跟三甲合作的，錢不夠，燒不了多久，數據樣本就不夠。

規模沒做起來，找不到第二輪接盤的人，直接就天使輪死掉了。退出無門，當時沒經驗，也不懂要求大股東對賭。

教訓是：

1 搞太過于概念的東西，不能用自己的錢去投。融資能力不行的話，直接就死在ppt 里。 . .

2 一定要制定對賭條款，比如要求達不到里程碑，必須保本保息返現金，并以個人財產擔保。

【虧錢啟示錄128】——小兒編程創業

這幾年少兒編程熱，一大波之前干程序員的，手里都有一些積蓄，存了幾十萬，然后都不想一直上班給別人打工，然后就想著回老家去加盟一家少兒編程培訓機構，做培訓機構生意，覺得現在父母都舍得為孩子投資，少兒編程在這個人工智能時代很有前景，然后加盟費花了一二十萬，投資門面裝修花一二十萬，最后三線城市一個店投資下來花了五十萬左右。

19 年年底進場，20 年就趕上了疫情，機構幾個月不能開門， 直接倒閉一批少兒編程培訓機構。

【虧錢啟示錄129】——午托班

幾年前接手了一個午托班，轉讓費一萬。接手后干了半年， 虧了一萬轉讓費。這個很考驗自身的精力和體力。小學生的

精力非常旺盛，我也是本著良心想讓他們中午睡午覺，下午

好有精神上課。但可能是由于附近幾家午托班都沒有這個午睡習慣，習慣特別難培養，高年級的孩子一點不好管，管得我挺累的。

晚上還要輔導作業，要不停的說話，本身氣虛，漸漸感覺力不從心，身體消耗厲害，遂轉讓，正逢國家政策下來，取消小飯桌，最后無人接手。

總結：對于不熟悉的行業，即使看著再簡單，一定要先去了解學習再去做。

二丫是我賣手機的同事，代理了個減肥產品，一代女皇。

就特么一顆減肥糖，8 塊錢，一小罐子就80 元。我感覺這價格不對勁啊，去淘寶搜了一下，一盒15。

我發給她看，她說那是假貨，她是正品。

人吶，不怕別人騙自己，就怕自己騙自己。

多數微商產品的模式就是“博傻”，就賭有比自己更傻的人來接盤。

結果二丫現在還在工廠擰螺絲還債。

大學期間，哥們幾個玩的很開心。 有一天校園貸來做推廣。哥們看上一個阿瑪尼表，分期3000

塊，他自己沒下來，就跟我說用我的資料。

咱憨厚老實啊，不會拒絕。就搞了，結果他還了兩個月之后， 交了個女朋友。后續貸款我自己還的，現在已經是絕交第4 年了吧。

自己辛苦兼職，咬著牙補窟窿。

直到現在，有人借錢，我都說，我們村那個強子，你要多少

年輕時候，愛玩游戲，天天網吧通宵。 后來老爹給了80 萬創業。果斷開網吧啊。 風風火火搞裝修，托關系搞營業執照。 后來店員跟一客戶拌了句嘴。結果天天查消防。

開門做生意，和氣生財，見誰也躲著點，穿鞋的最怕光腳的。

朋友自幼缺條胳膊，找媳婦比較困難。

但為人還比較上勁，開了個小店苦心經營，在小縣城買了套房子。

碰上一妹子懷了別人的孩子，著急找下家。(都是天涯淪落人， 誰也別嫌棄誰，結婚吧，孩子我養了。)

婚禮上丈母娘一點笑容都沒有，果然，那妹子結婚剛三個月， 卷著20 萬彩禮跑了。

二舅接了一家水果店，接盤前生意挺好，接盤后生意一落千丈。

直到后來我去水果店打了倆月工，才聽到幕后玩法。

不賺錢的水果店，先把所有水果，進價賣，賠錢賣。營造門

庭若市的感覺。 水果不賺錢，就賺轉讓的錢。

接盤俠發現這店生意好啊。高價接了。發現這價格賺個屁， 但是價格一提，誰還來啊。

旺鋪轉租，哈哈。旺鋪誰會轉租。

【虧錢啟示錄135】——無題

佛山有一個燈飾城。是當地土霸王和村委合作開發的。土霸王從村里租地，然后立項，建立一個燈飾城，土地產權歸村里，土霸王收租收40 年，40 年土霸王撤出，地上的物業無償移交給村委。 土霸王租到地就馬上招商，到處打廣告，吸引遠近工廠和經銷商來做門市。 土霸王只負責打好地基，進來的商家自己建設自己裝修，只允許建2 層。

我當時在廠里打工，做營銷。我們領導被忽悠，說這個地方黃金寶地。

于是簽約入駐，交入場費，叫基建費，每卡10 萬，我們拿了4 卡，也就40 萬。

然后自己做土建，搞裝修，又花了55 萬。都真實數字。 開始經營，3 年都沒有人流，廠里出2 個導購，然后每個月還要給物業方交租金、水電、管理費。租金每月大概1.2 萬。

經營3 年，其實慢慢有起色了，當廠里領導已經受不了了。 說要撤。 于是我就和領導說，門市轉給我，我來經營。領導說那你要把貨接走。

讓文員統計，按當時的出場價，貨值36 萬，然后打折給我，讓掏出22 萬來。

我給了22 萬，結果他們廠里的行政來門市，把沙發，空調， 冰箱全部搬走，剩個空門市。 我接手之初，沒有想活過要經營，只是想賺轉讓檔口的錢。 我就在當地燈飾經銷商微信群，qq 群發轉讓信息。最開始我報價50 萬，后來一直降價，也沒有談成。 有個也做燈飾的老板，當地的一個品牌代理商。他就找到我， 說他來找人接盤，并建議我去去租他在同一個市場別的檔口

經營，兩人經常來往，他傳授我開店經銷的技巧。

他終于找到了一個接手的，在別的市場做五金。 他說談好了，28 萬，他要2 萬塊錢傭金，也就是到我手26 萬。

于是我趕緊搬，搬到他的的檔口，每個月交租金他。 我搬完店的第二天，新來的老板就把檔口的兩面墻壁拆了。 他們做五金，要敞開，讓客人遠遠的就能看到店里貨源充足， 光鮮亮堂。 因為我還在那個市場，所以經常會有機會和新接手的老板打交道。后來新來的老板說，他實際付款35 萬。

這是其一，差價不是2 萬。 其二，因為我租來人家的鋪，等于人家要扣租金。然后他說好的26 萬，又是分幾批給我，等于是占用了我的資金。

這件事，從頭到尾，其實我本沒有賺到什么錢，而且還虧了人工和時間。這當然是自己性格，能力不足的表現。

在那個燈飾城其實有很多炒鋪的人賺了錢，都是溫州人。 他們進來只拿2 卡，拿到也不裝修，市場開業后的一年到2 年之內轉讓。利潤可以翻倍。

市場開業2 年內，轉讓價格很兇，2 開可以轉讓到80 萬。

到現在，那個燈飾城也沒有什么人流。守在那里的人，基本

上都是虧的，靠別的地方的錢來補貼。

【虧錢啟示錄136】——合伙做生意，人品真的比能力要重要。

年后和2 人合伙做生意，剛開始還好，后來因為倉庫成本太高，一個合伙人建議倉庫搬到他老家，說是有熟練工人，房租也便宜，他媽還能夠照看。

2 個月過去了，利潤一毛沒有看到，還有幾萬的快遞費沒有出。今天大致計算了一下，工人都是老太太，一點也不熟練， 效率低的驚人，比之間人工成本翻一倍還多，這還沒有計算上合伙人媽媽的工資，不然更高。

今天計算了這半個月的進貨和發貨數量，結果少了30%以上， 算完賬真的是火冒三丈，剛才還在咨詢公安局的同學是否符合立案標準。明天把2 個月的所有數據統計一遍，如果合伙人不把吞進去的貨吐出來就報警處理。

合伙做生意，人品真的比能力要重要。
