1. Understand your users. Know your users

Knowing users is the basis for APP operations to do anything. If you don’t know your users, then the things you push or update may not achieve the desired effect. Then there are the following ways to help you understand your users;

(1) Activity form: Organizing activities on an APP is not as simple as you think. Your goal is to understand your users, so you need to embed activity points in your APP through the activity SDK, and then record the attributes of your users through continuous activities, and then classify them into various tags. This involves the issue of user portraits.

Simply put, if a user participates in an APP activity that you don't use in a month, the captured data is that the user is male, 20-30 years old, likes technology products and other different types of tags; through continuous activities, your individual users will have more and more tags, and then you can push special activities to users with certain tag attributes, so that you can achieve precise activities and better understand your users;

Through the activity form of SDK tracking, apps such as Inman and Babaifang use activity boxes to conduct precise activities;

(2) Questionnaire survey: Questionnaire is also a form of activity and a way to intuitively understand users. Through questionnaires, you can understand why your users use your app, what areas of your app need improvement, etc., which helps to continuously optimize the app.

(3) User feedback: User feedback is something that many apps will do, mainly by adding a review entry in the personal center, or directly popping up a box to prompt whether you are willing to comment. User feedback can help you understand the user's usage status or satisfaction with your app;

2. High-quality content

Why should users use your app? Your APP has no content and is a popular APP. It is very difficult for you to make a breakthrough. Then you have to create high-quality content to attract users' attention. Whether it is forum promotion, TV advertising, etc., you have to plan impressive copywriting . The more famous ones are Durex , Uber , etc.

3. Keep updating the app

The activation of APP users is related to user retention and conversion rate . You can better understand users through funnel analysis or page path analysis; through user feedback or the product manager's upper limit for new features, or update the APP interface design, APP login interface, etc., no matter whether it is a large iteration or a small update, tell your users through notifications, let users feel that your product is constantly updating interesting features, or that you have adopted the feedback I put forward, so that users will have a deeper affection for your APP and use your APP more actively.
