1. When placing an order for brand promotion (non-bidding promotion) , the platform will freeze the brand balance in your account based on the total amount corresponding to the scheduled display volume (total amount within the delivery cycle) you filled in, and deduct fees daily based on the scheduled display volume on the delivery day after the delivery cycle begins. The specific settlement will be carried out in accordance with the data promotion business cooperation agreement signed between you and the Bytedance Qianchuan platform.

2. Currently, the general balance is not supported for brand promotion. You can only use the brand balance for advertising. Once an order for the brand promotion plan is successfully placed, the inventory and funds will be frozen. It is recommended that you complete the recharge in advance to ensure that the brand balance is sufficient to avoid order failure due to unsuccessful fund freezing. 3. After you create a promotion plan , the platform will conduct a corresponding review. The platform review will take a certain amount of time. Please upload your creative ideas in a timely manner to ensure that they pass the platform creative review before the launch cycle begins. An order is considered successful only after the platform has locked inventory, frozen funds and completed the order review. Only after the four parts of inventory locking, fund freezing, order review and creative review have been completed and the "Plan Status" is displayed as "Passed" can it be put on the market normally.

4. In order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties , when placing an order for a promotion plan, the platform will link the data promotion cooperation agreement signed between you and the Bytedance Qianchuan platform (including but not limited to Bytedance Engine or its affiliates). If there are multiple agreements, the platform will handle them according to the following rules: If there are both online and offline agreements, the platform will use the offline agreement as the basis; if there are multiple offline agreements, the platform will use the one with the later creation time in the platform system as the basis.

5. Brand promotion plans do not support same-day creation and modification . Please create and modify them the day before.

6. Brand promotion plans are generally launched with a guaranteed price and guaranteed quantity . However, if the following special circumstances occur, the quantity will not be guaranteed and the promotion fee will still be paid according to the scheduled display volume.

(1) Your plan is offline due to violation of relevant laws and regulations, platform rules, delivery requirements or failure to pass review;

(2) The live broadcast room promoted by your plan is not guaranteed to be in the live broadcast state;

(3) Your account has been restricted due to violations;

(4) Situations where the plan cannot be implemented due to other reasons not related to the Juliang Qianchuan platform.

7. After the brand promotion plan is suspended, the system will not run volume , and funds and inventory will not be unlocked, but fees will still be deducted. Please be careful when pausing and starting the plan. If you wish to suspend the deduction of fees, please delete the brand promotion plan. The deletion operation is subject to certain restrictions according to platform rules. Please refer to the instructions in the brand promotion operation manual for details. The brand promotion plan cannot be deleted during the delivery period.
